What do you like best about the product?
The commvault backup tool is easy to configure once the network is established . It has options to manage all parameters for backup and restore
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of options and parameters available in the tool. Hence it is sometimes difficult to remember where the required option is located .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for daily incremental and weekly full backup of oracle database.

Licenses usage is hard to understand. We don't have visibility of usage before the 1rst backup

Support for multiple technoligies be it available in the market and intergarion with most predominant vendors.

Complexity in the configuration , poor vendor documentation and sometimes poor vendor support

They help to solve most of the business requirements under one roof, which is more delightful.

What do you like best about the product?
Commvault is pretty straightforward to use. User-friendly interface. Very easy to navigate the platform to get jobs and reports. integrates well with VMware and other software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Platform do what its suppose to do.

We are using it for Vm backups and that help a lot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do a POC...if you like it you will buy it.
Very fast and uncomplicated process
What do you like best about the product?
The entire process for an insurance claim has been handled on mobile app, chatting with the representative. Once they found out the case as legit, checking all the submitted proofs, it doesnt even take a day to claim the money in associated bank account. Whole experience was quite user friendly, quick and efficient.

I wish there was more clarity around which information was needed to qualify an item as covered by insurance or not

Understanding and Picking Insurance are made easy but claiming is also now a few clicks away.
If you have everything handy in terms of insurance claim proof nobody can stop you to claim it.

The complete package of different kinds of environments such as private, multi-cloud and hybrid environment development support by Hedvig is splendid! This is what I like about Hedvig

There are some non automated steps in Hedvig at which the competitors provide an edge advantage on. This update is something the Hedvig team can work upon and improve

Enterprise storage challenges are solved l. The dynamic scaling of storage with respectivr APIs are really helpful. They make hassle free remote storage management

What do you like best about the product?
We are really satisfied with the product. We do the product management as a team. comprehensive and use the same as other backup products. It is a very systematic and application with all advanced features about backup.You can back up any data you think is important on your system. works with all computing and storage tools. With commvault, you can simplify data management in large environments such as data copying, storage, client configurations, and big data on your system. An effective and solution-oriented tool that offers advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
backing up virtual machines is a bit tricky. Commvault is pretty versatile, but you need to know how to use it before installing it. Logically, you can manage in the same logic as any other backup tool. However the interface could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are backing up the big data in our entire infrastructure of the bank. and We manage the transactions on a weekly basis.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend the product. An application that you will be pleased with for all your operations on backup.

What do you like best about the product?
When I used this product, we could backup every system in our enterprise. Having everything visible in one screen was a big plus. We could see that status of all backups at a glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit unwieldy to set up but worth the little bit of pain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With 50+ database instances of different databases, as well as Exchange and other Windows servers, we were able to manage and monitor all of these backups with a single monitor. We were also able to automate all of the backups and schedule them from a single application.
