Float Review
What do you like best about the product?
Love the interface, super easy-beasy to understand and follow. The insights on capacity planning and how time is been spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s hardly anything negative about float. While showing the utilisation report it calculated along with the time-off hours as well ideally it should calculate only available hours minus time-off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to track everything manually on notepad or excel, but with Float life is so easy can focus on other aspects of work.
Great tool, it helps a lot in scheduling tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like everything about Float. But what I think makes daily routines easier is because it helps us with task management and organizing my schedule. It helps with my time management, making it easier for better organization. I find Float sensational.
What do you dislike about the product?
The option to set the page in Portuguese, because normally the page crashes and I need to return to the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float is providing me with quality in my work time, a vision of what I need to improve, and which tasks I need to pay more attention to. It helps me a lot in time management and task division by determining my work hours.
Good tool for evaluating the allocation of the company's employees.

Besides being good for controlling the team's deliveries, it is important for me to have control over all my activities delivered on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report in Excel may not be so advantageous.

At the moment when people open positions in the company, we use Float to understand the employees' dedication to each client. If we understand that there is availability of people, we question the manager.

What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of being able to track tasks and demands of the team individually and consolidated

Not having the option to approve time-offs in blocks or entire periods

Time management applied to each project versus what is contracted by each client
Great tool for resource management and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it would be the ease of use and implementation. It is very intuitive and compared to other tools, we have functionalities that exist in others, but here we can use and understand them more easily. Secondly: Customer support. Like any tool, questions or problems arise and the support we have at Float is exceptional, because even with email support, the responses are incredibly fast. With other tools, we even give up sending questions due to the delay in response. I use and would recommend Float!
What do you dislike about the product?
Look, the tool is quite comprehensive. My suggestion for improvement would be the possibility for admin users to configure new charts and create metrics. For example, how much of my capacity was dedicated to billable, non-billable demands, and time off. This is important data to gain more insight into the operation and understand how each layer of the organization dedicates itself to day-to-day activities. In summary, I believe the way for the tool to continue standing out is the creation of new reporting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here at Jüssi, the Float is bringing us visibility of the teams' dedication, and thus it is becoming possible to identify opportunities for optimization/allocation of resources, that is, savings on personnel costs.

I like the easy way to allocate hours. It's intuitive and help companys and custumers to manage their hours.

Some freezeing appointments that needs the admin to unblock.
