User-Friendly UI and Great Filters, But Initial Navigation Confusing

the ui is quite simple and user friendly. also like the filtering abilities.

took a bit of time to get used to. couldn't understand the difference between the projects tab and log team tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the whole team at once and being able to track who is available to be assigned to a specific project.
Intuitive, Beautiful, and Reliable—Minor Event Stacking Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
This software is beautiful, straightforward, and user-friendly. The options are thoughtfully organized, making navigation and use feel very intuitive. We rely on it every day, and it genuinely improves our team's organization. Updating our schedules so everyone stays informed has never been simpler. The calendar sync integration is also an excellent feature, and it has been implemented exceptionally well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, events can stack in odd ways, but I don't consider this a major issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helpful to see where each team member is and which projects they are actively involved in. Being able to identify what support is available within the team also makes collaboration much easier.
Intuitive and Responsive System, But Deleting Days Could Be Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I think it is a responsive and intuitive system. Easy to use online or on mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not easy to delete separate days from a task with multiple scheduled days.

I can organize my day by knowing exactly all the projects I am involved in and being able to plan for the future.

Yes, it is very effective for managing work and tracking the time spent on projects.
Instant Updates Are Great, But Process Limits Can Frustrate

i like the transparency and ability to instantly get scheduling updates tot he team

access hierarchy. like when someone above you schedules someone and then i cannot move the request since i do not have equal to access. i know it is a permissions internally thing but dang it i really hate asking when i know i can do it. LOL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float puts the estimated time into real managing time for projects. it allows me to schedule teams of folks to accomplish specific portions of my project timeline and informs them of their duties for the project. it also keeps track of the history of who was onsite for any items that need review.

I have been using Float for over a year now, and I find that it greatly simplifies my work process. The setup was straightforward, which I really appreciated, as it allowed me to quickly integrate it into my daily routine. What I love about Float is how it lets me keep track of upcoming tasks and deadlines, ensuring that I stay organized and ahead of my work schedule. It's particularly useful for project tracking and filling out timesheets, which are key components of my job. This efficiency means that everyone, from managers to the accounts team, is able to see when projects are due, keeping the whole team on the same page. This transparency has improved our workflow significantly. Additionally, using Float alongside other tools like Outlook and a notes app allows me to cross-reference information, but Float stands out in helping us maintain clear communication and schedule management.

I would add notifications when a deadline is approaching.

Best scheduling tool for scheduling employees
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly see the entire company's schedule is incredibly valuable. The interface is intuitive and easy to use. The structure of data (clients, projects, employees, etc) is very logical. The Float API is well documented; the company was able to easily integrate it's tools with Float.
What do you dislike about the product?
When scheduling a task, the number of hours must be equal on every day, unless you split the task, which is cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to schedule employees to do tasks and find opening and gaps in the schedule.
Intuitive and Stylish, But Needs Universal Task Search
What do you like best about the product?
It looks really nice and is intuitive to use. It is easy to use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to search a task name from every listing if needed, not just one category

It is trying to help show utilization on projects better so trends are far more obvious than our previous time tracking system
Real-Time Scheduling Made Easy with Intuitive Features and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to view all of my coworkers' schedules and monitor them in real time. The feature that lets you track whether an employee is working remotely, onsite with a client, or out of the office is especially useful. I also like that each scheduled item has a note section for adding details, and the tentative box makes it clear what each staff member is doing and when they will be away. It's helpful that you can look back at past schedules as well as forward to see upcoming events. I also find it convenient that you can move people around as needed, assign tasks to multiple people at once, and use color coding for clients or tasks to keep everything organized and easy to manage.
Float is easy to use for any company that has employees that they need to create schedules for. It has great implementation results and people can learn how to use it quickly. I use float multiple times a day, and I enjoy that there is both a webpage and an app on my phone to check my schedule in real time. Float is easy to set up and easy to integrate into any business.

What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I would want to change about Float.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float enables our business to monitor in real time where our staff are assigned, which client or project they are working on, how long they will be there, and what their travel time is. We can assign the same project to several staff members simultaneously, making integration and organization within the company much easier. Float addresses the challenges of not knowing which employee is working on a particular task, where they are located onsite at a client's office, and when they are expected to return to the office.
