Perfect for Organizing Team Traffic and Easy Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
This app is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. I particularly appreciate the mobile option, as it allows me to monitor both my traffic and my team’s in real-time, anytime. It's a great asset for us project managers who need to organize our team’s time effectively. Additionally, the reporting section is extremely helpful for analyzing team performance, which allows me to make informed decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could make it even better would be integrations with other corporate apps or software to ensure everything is more connected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app helps me track how much time my team is spending on various tasks and provides insight into their workload. It’s invaluable for understanding the distribution of tasks and managing team capacity effectively.
Useful tool but take some time to get used to it.

A little time consuming because of the two steps - schedule and time logging.

As for now, there were no perceptible benefits for me. It must be said that I have no management role.

Instead of manually entering hours each time, assignments are pre-loaded, making time tracking much easier. It’s a real time-saver and highly recommended for teams looking for a streamlined solution.

Float is a really great tool so I can see all of the work assigned to my team and how hours are truly spent. It's a great resource to be able to see where we are over burning on hours and need to make some changes. We use it daily!

Figuring out the best way to read the dashboards does take an adjustment period. However, the tool itself is definitely userfriendly when it comes to logging time.

We use Float to manage our team's time. It really helps us see who is being under or over utilized. We can also easily see if we are burning hot on an account and need to make changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing work on the days it needs to be done. The ability to move work around to suit my day and my team's day.
Adding, reallocating and moving work around is easy and not time consuming by any means. Customer support are on it, and quick to respond. Implementation of this in to our teams has been easy and smooth. The features available are easy and simple to navigate. I use Float daily for my work management.

Marking Tasks as completed is a bit more time consuming than it should be.

We have the ability to see who has capacity to assist with work, as well as using it to plan our own workloads and when tasks needs to be done by.

The quick overview and the many different ways to sort and view data.

It would be even better to enable a view where we can combine many companies in one view instead of using different Team views.
