bloody fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
I can great overview of my day and also a macro view of my week
What do you dislike about the product?
The design is lacking, it feels like it lacks a certain premium quality.

it's a real time view of what projects I'm on and when
Resource Managers Dream
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the interface is to understand and play with, very easy to move resources around and see what is coming in the pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could archieve people on projects easily. We have projects that spam over months at a time and resources can change week to week. When you try to sort by project a number of profiles that even briefly touched the project appear and cause clutter. The only way to clean it up is to removed them from the project which very tetious and deletes any history on the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to see what all resources are working on from a birds eye view, allows for the ability to plan and see what is in the pipeline. Helps highlight when we need more or less resources.
Not loved by my whole team, but I like it and it's features
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate all the features it has for categorizing the work. By project, by phase. The different colours to differentiate bookings. The overbooked visual warning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format is not as liked by my whole team. Developpers don't like it, but the creatives like it. So I think some of that is bias based on work style / personality type.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand the teams availability, and I can compare resources. I also like that I can see their other bookings, so I can reach out to other teammates if needed to shift their bookings.

The ability to customize bookings, by colour, department, role, owner.

The mobile app doesnt let you reorder bookings by dragging and dropping.

The clarity and ease of use, there is no unnecessary UI features that overcomplicate use. I use Float on a daily basis and I have never had any issues with it

I can't really think of any, I use Float in a simple way but I have not come across anything wrong with it

We rely on Float daily as an essential tool for resource management. While a few members of the operations team handle updates, over 100 employees use it regularly to view their schedules.

Occasionally, it can be a bit glitchy, but their team is quick to resolve any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a central hub for all resource that the entire team can easily understand and regularly update benefits everyone—from operations and account managers to designers.

I like the user interface of Float. The different views allow you to see your data in different ways.

I wish it had a feature where you could link your leave on Float with your availability in Microsoft Teams to show that you are out of office

Deciding which consultant works on which project(s). It makes project management easier

How visual it is, everything i need there in front of my eyes inside one bubble. I used it at my old agency too so the process of joining new one that also used it was soo easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind tbh!! maybe the view but mayb i can change that? we view it week by week and have to scroll right? maybe easier in an other format

it lets us book creative time and resource so that the work gets done officially, we know exactly what everyone is working on and how long they have had.
Very easy handling and useful UX.

I like the web app more than I like the mobile app.

For me it is super easy to follow on ehat teher is to do for the day or weeks ahead.
