What I've always needed and what I didn't know I wanted
What do you like best about the product?
Float is incredibly intuitive, and it makes allocating resources a breeze. Even though I'm cetrain I don't take full advantage of its features, Float makes our project management cycle easier and I couldn't imagine going back to our spreadsheet schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see Slack integration at some point in the future. Syncing with Google Cal is also wonky for some of our teammates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Float, we were using a massive excel spreadsheet to assign our project managers to different projects. Now, with Float, I can easily allocate projects, add tentative and confirmed projects on the calendar, and notify the entire team about scheduling changes. It has easily saved me 20+ hours of work over the last year.

What do you like best about the product?
The timesheet report are really helpful to track the costs of the employees for every products in our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, every details/features that were showed by our Float contact really helps us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clssifying how much are the billable and non-billable costs that are being incurred for every projects.

Float gives you clarity and the ease to schedule, change and plan time for multiple people quickly.
The changes made on blocks happen instantly, no page refreshes.
It is easy to understand from people in different job functions, the team could easily understand what they needed to do and how to understand the system, thus meaning the ease of implementation was great.

More functionality - add something new or different to what other systems of a similar nature currently offer.

Float helps project managers clearly understand the capcity of staff members.

What do you like best about the product?
It's really user-friendly, super easy to build and customise.

Adding new tasks can be clunky when you need to add them project-by-project (universally)

I need to be able to track my time so I can understand profitability and where time is being spent.
Easy and useful
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Float, is that is a easy-to-use software, that makes it practical when you need to track the different lines of work you´ve been doing for the past month or week. I use it every day to log my worl hours, and never had a problem understanding anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don´t dislike anything about Float, considering that the use I give to the app is nothing tremendous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track the hours considering what I do the day I log. It´s makes it easier for the PMs in my bussiness to also track what I do.
Resource management Software for Team
What do you like best about the product?
It has a user friendly interface with efficeint sceduling real time updates & excellent customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it has limited Report generation and exporting capabilities.

There are times when the integration to 3rd party apps is failing

Time tracking and resource management - it is easy to view the user's allocation and time tracking. There are also reports that are useful

The ability to quickly visualize and report on resource bandwidth and project timelines

Since Float doesn't natively integrate with ADO, tasks have to be manually added to the platform

I am able to report on resource utilization from both a departmental and project perspective
