What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of being able to track the tasks and demands of the team individually and consolidated
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the option to approve time-off in blocks or entire periods

Time management applied to each project versus the time contracted by each client

Great tool for resource management and easy to use!

What do you like best about the product?
First of all, it would be the ease of use and implementation. It is very intuitive, and compared to other tools, we have functionalities that exist in others, but here we can use and understand them more easily. Secondly: Customer support. Like any tool, questions or problems arise, and the support we have at Float is exceptional, as even with email support, the responses are incredibly fast. With other tools, we even gave up sending questions due to the delay in response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Look, the tool is quite comprehensive.
My suggestion for improvement would be the possibility for admin users to configure new charts and create metrics.
For example, how much of my capacity was dedicated to billable demands, non-billable, and time off. This is important data to gain more knowledge of the operation and understand how each layer of the organization dedicates itself to day-to-day activities.
In summary, I believe the way for the tool to continue standing out is the creation of new reporting functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Here at Jüssi, the Float is bringing us visibility into the dedication of the teams, making it possible to identify opportunities for optimization/allocation of resources, that is, savings on personnel costs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy way to allocate hours. It's intuitive and help companys and custumers to manage their hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some freezeing appointments that needs the admin to unblock.
When duplicating appointments by dragging, sometimes Float prints some error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem helps me to control my daily working hours, provide reports to my managers and make a history of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the Scheduling feature, it's great to see what everyone is working on in a single view and helps with our resource planning. I also love how easy it is to use and how intuitive it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything I dislike. The only think I would change is I would like to be able to see the individual team logs for each team member in a different format than is available on the reporting currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to allocate peeople to projects and tasks. Allows us to review time spent on projects and see where the teams time has been spent.

the only downside of using float is the fact I have to use it for work when I'd rather not have to track it at all

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily track my work day-to-day and export reports which help me and my team manage our efficiency and effectiveness. I like that it has a simple interface. It does not try to over complicate things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toolbar drop down portal is quite clunky in its UI and UX. Entering time manually if you miss the start of a meeting or forget to start your work feels as though it could be easier. Entering time typed out seems unintuitive (i.e. typing out 10:30am for example is a clunky experience). I would love Asana integration and Google Calendar integration which allows you to select projects directly when activating a ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding what resource is going to be available in the future. Forecasting people's availability. Accurately reconciling work versus retainer.
