Clean and Easy to Use and Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, the ability to organize and map own schedule and projects, as well as open the view to see everyone else as needed. Learned Float about 3 weeks ago and it is one of the quickest platforms I've ever learned to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering to go in each day and log my time! Can be a lot in one view to see every single person and all their projects. So many difference view options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility into what I am doing and what everyone in the company is doing. As a new employee, it is helpful for me to see what every person is working on and to organize my day, time management on projects, and time management on clients effectively so not too much or too little time is dedicated to each thing.
I'm very satisfited with the ease of use, and being able to collaborate with other team members.
What do you like best about the product?
That you are able to set up, and continually adjust your schedule. Set up projects to be able to make this process quicker. Have deadlines for each stage of a project so you can stay on schedule
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have to login again, it doesn't seem to like me being logged in all the time. I don't know if it is checking that it is me again or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alows us as a team a central location to see who is working on what, and for the manager to keep track of our schedules and workload.
One of the easiest tracking app on the market in my opinion
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Float is its intuitive, visual scheduling interface. It makes resource management and project timelines clear at a glance. The drag-and-drop functionality is a game-changer for quickly adjusting schedules and allocating resources efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cant really say anything, but if on the tracking sheet under project there would be a selector like jira, trello, canva or other doc/task/ticket, because right now its tidious to always copy the ticket number in to the description
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float helps us maintain transparency with clients by tracking how much time is spent on each ticket or project. This allows us to provide detailed reports on work completed. Additionally, it enables managers to monitor resource allocation and workload distribution effectively, ensuring that no one is overburdened and that projects stay on schedule.
Much better than Excel Spreadsheet!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI and the ability to get notifications when changes are made to my schedule. It's easy to set filters so I can tailor whos schedule I can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I dislike about Float. One weird thing my co-workers and I found out was that anyone is able to add a profile picture for your account. Not necessarily a bad thing... just odd
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see who added what projects to my schedule and that allows me to reach out to that person if I have any questions. Previously our schedule was on excel and I was not able to tell who added what project to my schedule.

It is very ease to use, as it helps us to organise jobs for the employees, Resources can check their reports and can evaluate their productivity.

I didn't find anything to dislike about Float as its very helpful for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the interface, super easy-beasy to understand and follow. The insights on capacity planning and how time is been spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s hardly anything negative about float. While showing the utilisation report it calculated along with the time-off hours as well ideally it should calculate only available hours minus time-off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I used to track everything manually on notepad or excel, but with Float life is so easy can focus on other aspects of work.
Great tool, helps a lot in task scheduling.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like everything about Float. But what I think helps the most in the daily routine is because it helps us with task control and organization from my perspective. It helps in my time management, making it easier for better organization. I think Float is sensational.

The option to set the page in Portuguese, because normally the page crashes and I need to go back to the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Float is providing me with quality in my work time, insight into what I need to improve, and which tasks I need to pay more attention to. It helps me a lot in time management and task division with the determination of my work hours.
Good tool for evaluating the allocation of the company's employees.
What do you like best about the product?
In addition to being good for team delivery control, it is important for me to have control over all my daily delivered activities.

The report in Excel may not be so advantageous.

At the moment when people open positions in the company, we use Float to understand the dedication of employees to each client. If we understand that there is availability of people, we question the manager.
