Float is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
It is user friendly and enables our team to be more efficient and productive with our schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about as I have less than 1 year utilizing this software. However, I can say it is efficient and enables us to be more productive with project schedules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for business reasons. We enjoy the benefits of the visibility of the calendar for all of our team members involved in a variety of projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Is efficient and makes our lives easier. We can document milestones.

What do you like best about the product?
Float is very simple to use and allows me to stay ontop of my work without always having to ask someone about what is the plans for the weeks to come

Float is very well layed and currently there is nothing I dislike about flaot

Float allowed out team to be able to schedule our work flow for each individual and it allows all staff to view how the work schedule for each person is going so that future planning is done easily

FLOAT is great just as it is and I would recommend you guys to continue on the path you currently on

Helps a range of our team members to plan for the week. Great for a range of projects for small and large scale projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only a subset of the team (with admin privileges) can modify the dashboard

Float has helped us with a range of projects and are has been a great way to share our developers sprints with external clients

There is a try for free option so there is really no harm in testing out float.

What do you like best about the product?
The most useful features in Float is to accurately dispatch resources amongst different projects. It is a very useful tool to visualize who is 100% or not

There is no dashboard that helps you to have important statistics. Also, with over 200 users, the application gets really slow

We are using Float to have a better understanding of the traffic of our employees; it helps us allocate resources usefully.

You need to understand how Float works, and once you have basic knowledge, you have fully mastered the product.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved the interface, it was very easy to view my projects, teams and manage my schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data fields were not required, so the information is only as good or detailed as the person who is documenting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
managing team schedules in a timely fashion. Less questions to management about my projects.
A helpful tool for keeping track of what's happening
What do you like best about the product?
For me, the most helpful feature of Float is the ability to see what everyone else in my team is up to and when they're away.
What's also helpful is the ability to retrospectively view what I have worked on previously.

Float offers the facility to link with other calendars with an iCal link, unfortunately this can sometimes be unreliable as the link seems to expire meaning it needs to be set up again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall Float is a very helpful tool, but has a few minor technical issues that can be a source of frustration.
It has made my job so much easier!

The layout and the organisation. Ease of use.

It has improved my daily job, therefore there are no cons.

Organisation of my daily jobs. We use the notes section to link to Teamwork which is also handy.
Very User Friendly Software!
What do you like best about the product?
So simple to use! Very clean interface that helps view outlook in a clean visualization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to view longer term outlooks, or more complex Gantt type scenarios

Easy for all users to visualize short term outlook, helping to understand conflicts, overbooking and look-aheads much better than ever
