What do you like best about the product?
It's easier to use than other time management software

Great overview
What do you like best about the product?
We use Float to track holidays, competences and projects for employees, split over locations, managers etc. Float provides an elegant overview of this information that is easy to understand and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has a few kinks in the drag/drop mechanics, but nothing major.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking holidays and providing an overview of what people are doing in the long term.

Would like to be able to configure the UI but this doesn't seem to be available

Main benefit is it's so easy to check the plan for the day, really keeps my work on track.
Great product to have a long term view on your ressources' planning
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see the next three months of my team planning. I know when each of them will be available to work on something else. Also, I can set an amount of time per project, that let me know if we're on budget or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The view on the milestones is not really clear. I'd like to see it better so we can rush in time to finish!

I now have a clear view on who is available or not to start a new project.

The overall overview of the calendar colour coded and intuitive.

The scroll speed while browsing through the agenda

Overview and planning of all project in my company
Planning made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Float offers a great overview of all the tasks within my team. The user interface gives me a good impression of my schedule at a quick glance. Float also allows me to look at the work I've completed in the last few weeks so I can keep track of the hours spent on a certain project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser interface of float doesn't work well on my mobile phone. The job titles are not readable unless I click on an item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to look at other schedules also enables me to plan meetings more efficiently. When my own planning doesn't allow for a job to be added, I can see if a colleague has time to work on it in just a few seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just give float a try. Its ease of use will convince you in no time.

A space for personalized notes and comments is missing

Wonderful piece of software
What do you like best about the product?
Float has given me more overview in my day-to-day planning at work. It's a wonderful tool that does what you'd expect. Besides the wonderful functionality and ease-of-use, it looks very good, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm personally missing a few key features:
- I'd like to see Google Calendar integration, it'd be nice to see my day in my calendar on the go.
- Notifications would be handy, I've had it happen my planning has been changed without me knowing.
- A dark theme is always a good thing, would love to see that added.

My day-to-day planning is solved and filled by using Float. Others and myself know what I'm expected to be doing that day.

An incredible nice tool to work with.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the fact that we can schedule fast and easy for the entire team. We also have a clear view on billable hours on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still some work to do when creating new tasks, projects or clients. It would be nice to have more colours available ;-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is that we can plan our tasks fast, ahead of time and that we can follow up our ongoing projects in a clear way without creating much overhead costs.
