La facilité d'utilisation, les éléments visuels (voir combien de temps par la taille du bloc) et la capacité de regrouper des personnes et de l'enregistrer.

Le défilement de gauche à droite continue parfois, et il ralentit lorsque nous atteignons environ 20 utilisateurs simultanés.

Float est simple, rapide et facile à utiliser. Je peux voir les changements en temps réel, donc mon emploi du temps est toujours à jour !

L'expérience mobile pourrait être améliorée... Difficile d'utiliser et de voir mon emploi du temps lorsque je suis sur mon téléphone.

Cela rend la planification beaucoup plus facile pour tout le monde au bureau.

What do you like best about the product?
The easy to understand and use interface, along with the transparency it provides to the rest of the organization. It is a great self-scheduler and to understand my colleague's capacity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website is difficult to use (i.e. I scroll and it moves a month rather than me just trying to go to the next week).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is especially useful for my organization where understanding other's schedules is important. This provides transparency to my bosses and team members.
Easy to Use Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool for plotting workload/projects for the team. It's super fast and gives a great visual representation which allows me as a Program Manager to know exactly who has capacity and who doesn't.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't anything I dislike about the tool. The one that that would make it even better would be integrating with my Project Mgmt software (Teamwork Projects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly viewing workload among the team and scheduling

Its simplicity and how easy it is to navigate around. Plus I can view it without fail on my mobile.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of any cons. It does what exactly a hr planning website should do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of projects and it is quite a hassle to inform every colleague if there are any changes to the team (I.e. Additional of new members). Float allows the admin to easily add or delete projects for users so it gets reflected on the system. This allows users to view the changes immediately.

UI can be unweildy if a person has a large number of projects under their name

Rien de spécifique, jusqu'à présent c'est bon à utiliser.

Float nous aide à planifier et à programmer les ressources dans différents projets, à suivre la disponibilité des ressources à tout moment.
