Float is great.
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy way to see what project's people are on in the company.
Extremely fast solution to come in to work, and find out where and what you're doing with zero faffing around.

What do you dislike about the product?
When float gets busy the UI starts to get slightly messy with many different projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of taking an hour in the morning speaking to project managers to see where I am supposed to be in the day, I can just open float and get on with what i'm supposed to be doing.

- Lacks customization options and functionality, such as how tasks are added and repeating at certain intervals
- Adding resourcing tasks is manual, very little options to automize as interval-usage is not as robust as I'd like

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We're using Float for internal resourcing of team members, and it does its job fine, but it's lacking some quality of life improvements that would make using it generally more pleasant.

Presentation and easy to understand company's big picture with regards to resource management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows each team member to understand their personal expectations of project-time management relative to their tasks as well as making budgeting easier.

It looks good, feels good and is easy to use.

When you double-click to add a task in the calendar, it asks you if you want to delete it. When you have a lot of tasks in one day you lose the oversight.

I have an overview of what has been planned for my colleagues. I can make plans for myself to determine when

We are using it as a planning and scheduling tool. It also work as a platform to see what others in the company are working with.

Floats My Boat, Every Time.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and lets me get to my schedule instantly. No fiddly menus and searching. The customisable layout is also fantastic, allowing me to view my schedule in isolation or in context with the other members of the copywriting and design team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It's perfect for my needs and keeping me on top of my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous system for monitoring schedules was clunky and slow. Float is lightning fast and just gets the job done. It keeps me focused on my work and not worrying about managing my time.

Toll is very good for tracking once schedule.

Should deliver mails on daily basis once tracked.

Tracking schedule and checking once data.

It is easy to see both past and future schedules for resourcing allocation for projects. Can also see project profitability and labour cost over time.

Takes a while to get used to all the functions of Float

Mainly resourcing allocation and seeing how much of my time is allocated to certain projects.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get the planning of people in an organised way. I can see my plan and even others with some base restrictions, of course. However, the feature I liked the most is the reports and the different views which helps in understanding the planning.

The UI is not up to mark. However, this is one of the minor things and not effecting the core usage of the product.

Ease of use by users to record & update their tasks.

A leak of features to perform budgeting of each task that can be used to compare against the actual usage recorded.

To create clear visibility of the tasks currently available with ownership & to perform the review on the outcome of the tasks upon completion.
