Easy to use, quick uptake - I'm sure there are more useful features if I'd need them
What do you like best about the product?
The smart search functionality really helps me use the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow to load sometimes (though this could be the internet connection)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me have an easy overview of resource for my project teams.
Float-ing
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the team get emails each day with a summary of their to-do lists and I also like the way jobs can be colour-coded - this is really helpful for us with so many clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could drag the boxes to increase or decrease the time allocation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management within the creative team is much improved with float, and it helps us to see when someone is overbooked and which jobs we need to prioritise

Really easy to use in general, and very clear layout

Absolute nightmare to use on desktop, and no app available for Android

Booking in workflow with our design team, makes it easy to follow and organise day to day activities.

Simple to use, easy user interation. Is very powerfull tool for the core functions .

non or low customization on reports. i wish i could pre define filters and how the report is made.

knowing where we are spending the resources, and in such way to be more produtive.

Bottom slider lag a bit whole page. But it is just a detail.

Simple resourcing
What do you like best about the product?
Float gives myself and my team a clear, at-a-glance view of resourcing and availability in a way that streamlines an often over-complicated part of our business and daily work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst recently improved, greater flexibility for annual leave bookings would still be a benefit. Many people within our team make use of half-days for personal business/appointments, but we're currently only able to mark entire days which can complicate things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We'd previously got by with hacked-together solutions like shared gCals and whiteboards, very much in the mindset that paying for something wasn't necessary. After a short time trialing Float however, it was embarrassingly obvious how naive we'd been - resourcing has been much smoother for everyone since. Especially being able to quickly check what you're meant to be doing, from anywhere.
10/10 would recommend
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity in how the schedule is organised, being able to drop in a project, a category, an amount of time spent, and notes for Campaign Manager names per project is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of Android App is still a little bit disappointing, but I have high hopes this will be delivered in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising and maintaining a proper schedule within our Design Department, Helping visualise the amount of work we have currently, and adding justification to new hires.

Use it, well worth it, Organise your chaos!

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity, ease of search, user experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that would make it easier is if you could copy paste titles (like job numbers) from pop ups.

Our resourcing and trafficking has become much easier and more streamlined

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the product. Everything is intuitive and straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow loading times and the scrolling between weeks for multiple employees at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Weekly planning is running much more smoothly with the use of Float.
Helpful Resourcing Tool, Could Use More Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
Float is easy to use and can be picked up in minutes, allowing anyone to become quickly acquainted and start making collaborative resource decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Float could do with some further integration of other common project management tools and features. It is good at what it does but I would like to see them produce a wider software suite which includes other resource management tools such as time logging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Out team is able to work collaboratively and effectively to solve resource issues using float in a digital design space.
