    Design

Intuitive to use

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that's it's extremely intuitive to use and fast to organise my team's workload is a massive help in the design planning meetings. The drag to expand or move playfulness of it and the auto-fill of repetitive job forms really speeds up the whole process.

The user friendly UI design is also an added bonus!
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far. In truth we're only using it for top level time management, and I'm sure there are some great features for managing individual projects from the concept to the finish line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were introduced to it by a freelance Project Manager who had used it at her previous workplace. We instantly realised it would be best used for all client facing work planning, so adopted it straight away.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to navigate
- Super organised
- Budget % visibility
- Job number and client details
- Visibility of full team workload
- Flexible
What do you dislike about the product?
- Occasional slow loading times
- I can't think of anything else that I dislike!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Managing time across the team effectively and being able to view full team workloads to compare and contrast
- So much easier to edit and amend that a physical board (we used to use a whiteboard)

Awesome Team Management App

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, and quick learning. it increases my productivity greatly. Ever since i started using Float, i have grown more and more dependent on it. It is now a go-to tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Use interface is a bit outdated/dull. it could be improved and polished. The filtering feature could also be reworked to speed up the filtering process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im aware of all my team's work hours and free time at a glance.

use the filters.

The only real bugbear is that any user that can enter data into the system can define new values for any field. It

What do you like best about the product?
The colour coding is massively helpful! Really helps me identify what project Im working on and helps with organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a lot more space or opportunity to add detail. As we are in the creative industry I think it would be great if we could add briefs to projects we input as the detail section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project visualiation has improved massivly and its easy to make changes.

it's fast with loads of data, available everywhere and looks nice.

nothing major, I liked integration with outlook and adding notes here and there.

Easy scheduling and people management

What do you like best about the product?
I can see the jobs and locations for all of our engineering team, knowing who I will be able to schedule to jobs and what jobs are being completed by all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the full title of the job isn't displayed until the job is clicked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working out which of our network engineers are free and able to be scheduled for jobs on specific days. It also allows for better location scheduling based on who is closest.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very good at what it does and is easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Real time access to the planner from anywhere. Search with multiple criteria.
Ability to add tags so that each persons skills can be noted
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The reports allows to sort on fields but does not allow filtering
2. When you search for a task/project in a particular month; the list shows all people who were assigned to the project in the past. If I select a particular month then I should only see people working on the task/project during that month only
3. Does not have search or report functionality to identify people who are not assigned to any task in a particular period
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease for team to know what they are going to work on. Identify people with particular skill set.
