The excellent float resource management system, synchronizes your tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Its business process improvement functions express a pleasant experience for users, who have benefited from its platform, so that they have perfectly managed the resolution of their corporate problems, making it easier to lead the company to a streak of triumphs and achievements within the business system, building projects with solid foundations, with management that is visual and simple, integrating with applications that increase the quality of information understood.
What do you dislike about the product?
The float interface contains aspects that must be improved, due to the fact that it has a slow proportion of the handling of the actions within its programming, where this problem lies in its system coding, which violates its possibility to adapt to the needs of the clients to understand an easy and elaborated handling with a limited opportunity to obtain results that involve the correct operation of this software, where a systematic reform of its software must be taken into account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has enhanced and balanced my processes, after having integrated it so that I can plan projects and schedule the most stable time for work teams to be related to a time of completion of tasks that works to skillfully understand the programming that is carried out in the company, where their tools allow me to have a full monitoring of the actions of editing and creating corporate reports that can serve as a basis for achieving goals.

Its effective and well-proportioned resource program contains a digital chronology with integrated operational intelligence that tracks and partitions processes that through a resource scheduling, executes a planning and allocation forecast, with the possibility of creating reports and projects that its programmatic management handling imparts knowledge that intensifies the possibility of data entry through an assisted collaboration based on the benefit of the company.
Great tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Float has easy to use GUI. Buttons and tabs are organized and it is easy to find actions that you need. The shortcut keys are also helpful. I like that the calendar is displayed just like how my normal outlook and google calendar is laid out. i can easily track my meetings and project schedule. I also like the reports as it makes you see track the billable/non billable hours and if your project is hitting your targets or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you add a person or task, it does not capture the name and you have to edit and update it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now easy to track project resources and schedule. The reports are also easily generated.

I recommend this tool for project management as it makes your project organized and very easy to track.

What do you like best about the product?
I like seeing my teams schedule in visual form and I have different clients assigned different colors so it is very easy to distinguish who is working on what.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found it challenging to add new users.

Ease to use, looks good, everyone can view, access and update in a controlled way. Automated schedule notifications are great.

we had multiple worksheets managing projects and people resourcing - these have been removed. Time saved is massive for us.

Great Scheduling Program
What do you like best about the product?
The best benefit of Float is being able to schedule, and view, multiple team members' ever-changing, evolving schedules. With so many different team members and freelancers, it's great to be able to go to one place, one program and see everyone's availability in a single glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would be most helpful to have in this program would be an un-do feature, where you can un-do a previously made edit. We got into a situation recently where we deleted a team member's schedule/project accidentally. We were able to re-input all of his previously scheduled work, but it would be great if there was an un-do feature that could instantaneously un-do the previously deleted material.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business model is based on communicating and managing dozens of freelancers and their schedules. The program is great is being able to look over everyone's ever-changing schedules in a single glance.

Float is a user-friendly tool to manage resources. It significantly helped our company to streamline processes and have a quick insight into what going on our projects.

The UX is really cool but he UI could be more appealing.

I liked the simplicity and the clarity of interface, may you add an option for tasks priority

I did not like that my Boss could not control my leaves and that I had to do it my self. Please add the feature

Neat scheduling assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Float pushes my schedule out to me, and allows me to see the schedules of others in the team. Apparently can be integrated with trello which i will be trialling shortly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integration with our existing software for other time/information management would be good.

Can better track where members of the team are around the country.

I would appreciate a function of viewing schedules without having to search for the users. Maybe a click to view function.
