Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Float is very intuitive and easy to learn how to use

sometimes reaction time for moves is a bit slow

scheduling staff in a rapidly changing environment. We need to respond to rainfall, creek flow, tide times, staff availability, customer demand - the list goes on. Float enables staff to schedule their own time, and for managers to oversee it

Easy project overview
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see my projects laid out for the days, weeks, and months ahead. Its UI makes it really seamless and easy to get all of the necessary info I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The path from the timeline view to my personal user information which features project reporting is a little clunky, but that's all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a user of Float rather than a PM, so for me it's all about planning and managing my own time ahead of schedule and Float captures all of that information for me really easily and simply, making planning and flagging anything in my timeline really easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm sure as a PM it's great, but from an everyday user perspective it allows me to have a robust snapshot of all of my incoming work and allows me to keep track of time and projects I've been on for reporting purposes.

What do you like best about the product?
Adding users and basic set up is easy - adding new projects and moving bookings throughout the week, this gives us visibility of what is happening across teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Splitting bookings can be fiddly, would also be good to be aware of new features in the pipeline.

Scheduling projects across teams, ensuring we have the most up-to-date information.

A great tool for scheduling and track to-dos
What do you like best about the product?
Does exactly what it needs to do to help me keep track of each day and week, broken down into each project and task within a project. It has all the fields I need, such as how long something will take, a field for additional notes, the project name, and the task name.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit slow to open a new or existing task, but that may be more my company's internet speeds than Float itself. I also wish you could see tasks that get deleted from a Float, as things have been accidentally removed multiple times from my schedule (by myself or others) and we have no way of knowing what was there before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems really. Benefits - It's very helpful to visually see how much time you have dedicated to each project as well as what things you are working on for the day. It's also very easy to see at a glance whether you are overbooked for the day so that you or your Project Managers can adjust appropriately.

I can't really think of any negatives at the moment.

Wn projects are under or over resources and when people are unaware of what other people are doing
Float is great for project management!
What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses this software to coordinate multiple aspects of our client's campaigns, assuring everything is happening on time. We are able to see how things are coordinating from a high level, and also focus in on tasks for our department specifically. We love Float!
What do you dislike about the product?
Scheduling things on the weekend is slightly cumbersome. It's doable, it just takes a couple extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our client's project's, we are able to map out the timeline and coordinate things not just within our team, but company-wide. This has allowed us to better anticipate capacity issues and speed up our deliverbles.

It can be hard to figure out how to use some features.

Float is helpful in delegating tasks to members within our team. It is really beneficial to have visibility on what is being worked on.
