Easy and intuitive app
What do you like best about the product?
I like to have an overview on what I'll be working on and also, what my colleagues are doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there's not much else to do than watch my calendar. It feels like a small app with not many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my colleagues to know on which project is everybody.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to schedule future workload.

The user interface needs to be further refined.

The partitions between work and time off. I need to manually update my outlook after completing the schedule on Float.

Great Calendar tool
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to compare my schedule now, my future schedule, and my co-workers schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to scroll through everyone's names alphabetically to get to who I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No actual problems. The biggest benefit is that it's easy to use and see everything together.
Good number of features without going overboard
What do you like best about the product?
Float has a nice clean interface with a powerful search feature so you can filter down by person, client, project etc. very quickly and easily.
The documentation for Float's APIs is nice and clean. Although our software doesn't naturally integrate with Float, we've been able to use the API to bring projects in automatically from our sales tracking platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The way that people's time commitments on other projects are displayed on every project is useful to make sure nobody is over-resourced. However this means that each project can take up a fair amount of space, and using placeholder people is a nightmare because they look incredibly over-booked.

Tracking resourcing in the company and across teams with more visability

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface was really well done. I can easily interact and view my colleagues hours and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a time tracking feature for each task (a manual timer). Maybe there is a timer/stopwatch, but I was unable to find it.

I was able to organize myself better.

Easy to track daily scheduled projects
What do you like best about the product?
I can track what projects I am booked on and get going based on that! It's a good resource management app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Projects which are booked spontaneously, won't reflect immediately on the app, it takes some time to appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To make spontaneously booked projects appear on the float, I refresh, logout and login sometimes.
Good for project management
What do you like best about the product?
Board section : Different cards for tasks can be segmented to show updates like done, to do, etc

Sometimes, it is difficult to find the Board section

Communication about the tasks are clear. We can assign the particular person for a task effectively

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the UI. It makes life so much easier when you can see what you're working on and when you're working on it as soon as you login to Float.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I need to press the 'sign in' button with Google twice, but I'm not sure if this is an issue with Google or Float. Probably worth investigating though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't used Float for all of it's features yet, but it makes task management a lot easier for myself and my boss. It gives them the ability to add and track what I'll be working on for the week and myself the ability to track that same information.
