What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use. It is easy to see schedules if work. Logging time is simple
What do you dislike about the product?
it could look more modern and attractive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracking and management of team members.
Float is great for first learners and so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy to use the software is, it is great for new learners and not difficult to understand
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better to make Float more inclusive to PM and production needs such as budgeting. It would also be better if you could temporarily add users such as freelancers for 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so easy to use and it is great for teams to be able to access this. The guest feature on Float is also great as it lets account managers see live updates.
Float is better than Jira - just switch!
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use. It has cool design - much better than Jira! Website doesn't lag at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have menu (schedule, log time, etc.) on the left side of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm logging time as QA engineer. It's much easier than in Jira.
Easy-to-use, amazing collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Float is very easy to use and has a nice user interface. Next to that, I really like the fact that you get notified everyday about your daily schedule and every time someone makes changes to your schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not completely mobile-friendly. I've got trouble scrolling all the way to the bottom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really easy to see what colleagues are doing everyday. Before, if you couldn't participate in a stand-up, you didn't know what everyone was up to.

There is nothing to complain here, it works as expected!

With Float, you can have an overall image of the planning in just a few seconds so you know what you should do for the projects
Easy to use software which helps you focus your time on the task at hand.
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple user interface makes it easy to follow for any user. It also has real time update capability so that you are always informed of what you should be working on at any current time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think tasks and notes should be displayed in small font or more obvious when you log time. The little note in the top right hand corner of the project tag can easily be missed, Also a feature to unlog time, instead of having to remember if you misclick
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management and team compatability, on an admin level, it is helping provide data on billing of projects, understanding the time it takes to complete certain types of project. More efficiency.
Great tool for planning!

One great overview of the whole planning. Colors can indicate what tasks need to be done.

Nothing, the tool is great and easy to use

Float is being used for Agile and it helps in the openness of the agile team

How easy is to get onboard with the app. We didn't need a company meeting explaining how to use the app, we just started using it right away, and it's super intuitive

There is no way to request vacations from the app, or at least we are not using it in our company, we use a different tool for it

The hours are planned by management and I just need to login and press 1 button and is done, no need to to log hours for each day and project like we had to do in other tools
Great Software for bigger Companies!!
What do you like best about the product?
Very organized and clean, great to maintain a good workflow overall, Scheduling is made very easy on this software
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning, but super quick to learn
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project scheduling in bigger Teams is as easy as it can be. Scheduling your own day is also very great on this software. It allows you to work in bigger Teams without getting in each others way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time, in the beginning in looks overwhelming, but it isn't as complicated as it looks and once you get used to it, it's actually very structured and organized!

The New Update and i dont like the typo in float

If I want to move a folder then it is unfortunately not moved but only copied. a colleague must then always do this for me.

It ist really nice and i dont want to work without it
