What do you like best about the product?
The clear overview on running projects and the time you got for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that it doesn't work as a calendar but only shows the time you got per day / week
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives me a clear overview on what projects im working on and how much time i have to work on it
Short experience with the software but it allows me to be more organized in my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The 'shedule' feature. It helps me to organized my work during the week, and it allows me to see what my bosses have allocated me to in the following weeks. In general I found Float very intuitive and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great having integration with other platforms of similar use (e.g Monday)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes task management easier for myself and my boss either. It allows my boss to add and track what I'll be working on for the next weeks.
The easy solution to our resource planning needs
What do you like best about the product?
The system is easy to use and adopt. It's affordable and it solved our resource planning requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it couldn't be automatically linked to our staff leave management system so leave information has to be manually inputted which is a waste of time.

We needed a tool for resource planning.

Small companies with low budgets should consider Float for their resource planning and project management requirements as it's easy to use and is affordable. The cost to adopt this technology is low and customer service is topnotch,

What do you like best about the product?
Float is a great way to keep track of working hours and who is working on what projects. We use float to go over everyone's weekly schedule. Everyone enters this be themselves and anyone can check how is working on what very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of creating and editing projects could be more user friendly. Editing project name was not the easiest to figure out. It was easy if you knew what you were doing but not for a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With each department growing in size, it was getting difficult to keep track of who was working on what. Float is a great tool to help with that issue.
The easiest tool for time sheets
What do you like best about the product?
I have used several platforms to log in time and this is by far the easiest I have found. It is designed to truly see your work scope in a friendly way. I like the flowchart-like design, which allows me to see how my time is utilized. Projects can be classified by color to better understand the work flow. It's nice that I can program recurring projects in advance, which saves me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The typography is too heavy, which makes it hard to read sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easier to track my hours, be more effective with my time and know exactly my billable and non-billable hours.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the most complete project and time management tool. I know because I have had experience with many others.

Multiple users can work on it at the same time, updates in real-time, and really like the way you can see the schedule for an entire project

sometimes the way the projects stack up looks awkward

I like being able to see a compartmentalized breakdown of my week

Since I'm not the one assigning projects, I mainly use it as a viewable guideline. So I really have no issues with the software!
