Simple and effective
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, can quickly see how busy you are, helps to plan your time more effectively

Once a project is archived you can't delete it from the schedule

A clear view of how busy each team member is, allowing us to see how much new business we can take on.
Float has been incredibly useful in scheduling.

The interface is easy to read at a glance.

Sometimes editing and moving around the page can be tricky.

The ability to see what everyone is up to, and keep track of my own work.

I like the very clear views and the powerful filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some fields may lack of customisation: the overtime shouldn't be displayed as is in my company and there seems to be no way to change it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I get a clear view of my agenda and the faculty of encoding my time & vacations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the option to set any colour you like for different projects and make the schedule look any way you want; setting tasks to repeat weekly / on certain days and then being able to update them all at once - a very time-saving feature! I also like that you can drag and drop tasks or drag to change time - simple yet super useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to split tasks if they repeat weekly; a very confusing hours/day field that sometimes leaves you having a task happening for a year (still didn't quite figure it out but it's a minor issue). If you chance Billable / not-billable tasks, the hours update only after you log out and back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to manage large teams, working on multiple different projects. Makes it easier to plan the work ahead and control the budget since you can set the tasks to be billable / non-billable.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend this software if you have a large team and lots of projects happening at once - makes life much much easier.
Does its' work and isn't infested with "features" which bloat it or bog it down
What do you like best about the product?
It's quite easy to use. The user interface is intuitive. It's not bogged down by "featurettes" that bloat it, nor does it blast you constantly with pointless notifications. I think this is a direction that apps need to go into. Being less intrusive and not trying to be a one-stop shop for everything or trying to incorporate social media into the mix.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app freezes or has issues when starting. But with a couple of refreshes, it goes back to normal. Unfortunately, I've found myself doing this a few times though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping task times and helping everyone on the team keep track of how long a task takes and allows us to use it as proof when a client goes overtime with revisions or reviews, or if a project is taking longer than it shoud. It also helps us justify billing for overtime work.

Fill in regularly for better resource management
Float is easy and simple to use, with regular updates and improvements from the vendor.

Simplicity in use and visibility it gives.

Views can be slightly convuluted and the release notes for updates can be lacking the detail of changes/improvements, so have found I have to go on a fact-finding mission to understand said changes.
Dislike the fact that any updates to standard rates for an individual then updates previous projects etc, so does not cater for rate increases throughout the year.

Simplicity in use and visibility it gives. Allows the organisation to move away from spreadsheet planning.
