Very useful to plan the workload for the week and organize teams.
What do you like best about the product?
The visual "block" style, easy editing and that people can see how busy you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be easy to randomly displace some blocks while inadvertently moving the mouse, which messes up all of the hours and planning

As a freelance, that people can see my workload and that I can plan in advance
Useful for some business functions
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use interface, with a view that helps project managers see what the upcoming weeks/months look like in terms of resource commitment. There are also functions like adding phases to projects that are pretty useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any time, as a resource manager, that I need to add single day commitments in the middle of a longer commitment, I have to stop the longer commitment short of the day needing to be planned, put the day's commitment in, and recreate the longer commitment to resume after the day being planned. This is a huge headache when putting in things like one-day trainings or other commitments that aren't in the "time off" category. There could also be additional tie-ins to other software. Having to manage a forecast in Float and then do other management (time entries, project/task management, etc.) is not very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Float allows me, as a resource manager, to forecast things out like long-term project commitments and days off for things like holidays. It also allows me to see how a forecast matches up against a budget if needed.

Great tool if you're looking for a tool that assists with resource management in your organization.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible it is. I can adjust the colors for everything. I love that i can drag events easily, and cut them up. I like that i can cusomize the order of events and coworkers
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like that the members on my team cant see other peoples calendars. this would be helpful so they know who is doing what. I wish there was a 'save' buttong for when I adjust who is in one of my 'favorites'. i have to add a new title if i want to re-save

scheduling. we have a team all across the united states, and we use this to see everyones schedules. this helps save time when I need support on something, I know who to ask
Float is a great addition to your companies workflow

It assists managing all team member's daily tasks, and works great in knowing what each team member is busy with

That you cannot add attachments to newly created tasks

Float is assisting our company in solving confusion created by not knowing current and upcoming tasks for each team member

Float is clear and easy to use for myself and my colleagues to manage time across different accounts

Labels on each job are cropped too short - making it difficult to see the task at a glance (instead have to open for more details)

What do you like best about the product?
I seriously enjoy the aesthetic and the looks of the schedule viewer, it's simple to use and allows me to see the different tasks I'm on that day with the extra information if I need it like notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part I dislike about float is the authentication not keeping me logged in after a while of no interaction. If I could have a "Keep me logged in" option on login that would make life a lot nicer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The current system is letting me keep on top of my tasks day by day in a super simple design and intuitive user experience. It also gives me simple access to the PMS we use with our detailed tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a modern way of viewing, understanding and manipulating a plan as a schedule, online, anywhere and anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have some challenges displaying schedules for larger teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves how we should dynamically adjust and prebook our team members for project work as well as providing a very user friendly interface for view and edit.

The ease of use + features & mobile app is really great

Nothing at this time that comes to mind it's really a great product

Visibility of planning/capacity but also the time/budget management against that + let's not forget that timeregistration has now become a breeze
Using float is intuitive and easy. It all just makes sense
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use, lots of functionality, shortcuts, and intuitive design. Very easy to drag and drop projects and tasks to easily capture time, and easy to export data when needed. It has many different ways to view the same data which is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Any cons that existed are quickly updated and improved upon, with new releases almost monthly. Sometimes tool are a bit hidden but once you find them, they're very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track time in our department on projects and tasks for costing, and it works very well for us. It's easy to add up all of our time each month and then export the data.
Invaluable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Float has made daily scheduling and project management a far simpler process, it is simple and aesthetically designed. The layout makes it easy to see both my own schedule, and that of my team
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the integration with 3rd party apps such as Asana is a bit clunky, but on the whole there is very little to complain about. Some more customisation options for the colour scheme etc. might be nice.

Float has made daily scheduling and project management a far simpler process, a shot planing session at the start of the day/week sets up my schedule for the week and allows me to plan in detail.
