What do you like best about the product?
very easy to access at work, easy to use. I like that it tracks our patient satisfaction scores for our providers and support staff. It in return helps us become better care support for our patients.

As clinic support staff I don't use it too often

We use it to track patient satisfaction scores which in return helps our leaders coach the team to become better stewards to our patients. It also gives us input on ways we can become more efficient workers.
First generation BI tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use interface. Time taken to update result after change of selection

LImited capabilities. No visualization except a pie chart.

Report on revenue. Impressions, STR by ad unit. A handy tool to compare WoW and YoY numbers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not recommended. Very old school.

I like the export to excel feature that allows for customization

Filter driven menus are awkward and on slow servers can drive you crazy as you wait for the refresh of a screen

Qlikview
What do you like best about the product?
Qlikview has a lot of useful functions to use, so many different metrics can be tracked. The search features are very useful, and the design of the pages and dashboards are engaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qlikview is not necessarily intuitive. Some of the functions are a bit confusing, and when a screen remains untouched for too long, three searches and formulas need to be reentered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Qlikview to track sales with our customers, products purchased by each customer, and which products are doing best overall.

Its Smart Search Feature, Associative Nature, Slight ETL capability, Self-service feature, Reusability of the logic and the Enterprise-level security !!

We take care of the Workforce Analytics with Qlik Data Visualizations for quantitative, operational and management reporting of HR data at an enterprise scale to leverage business, manage performance, generate insights and drive the evidence-based decision making.
The storytelling feature, interactive nature makes life easier for the business users and further helps in strategic decision-making.

Powerful and Intuitive Analytics Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that linking data connections and creating custom dashboards is so easy. Most analytic software packages take quite a while to figure out, while Qlik Sense took less than 2-3 hours to feel some type of mastery over the dashboard creation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still limitations with some of the mapping (i.e. no way to show 'flow' maps between an origin and destination), but overall the software provides ample capability for most graphical/visual needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qlik Sense helps speed the analytics refresh time. Instead of spending hours manipulating Excel dashboards, with a good data connection you can breeze through reporting updates in no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We looked at many other software packages and Qlik's was the most robust. It's a great all-around analytics and data connection deal than others currently on the market. It doesn't do everything, but for those that need something open ended, consider Qlik.

What do you like best about the product?
Qliksense is so well developed and less expensive than tableau.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it's still limited in the amount of visualization options prepopulated.

It helps with dashboards and reports. Helps external users reach quick insights.
