Excellent service, been using it for years
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool and allows quick, easy access to editing, sharing and signing documents. I especially like the mobile access.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to add a text editor to the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use SignNow to sign dcuments and send copies to colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow eliminates the need for physical contracts and the ease of use has sped up our signing process exponentially.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could use a bit of a refresh but overall I have few complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has expedited the ability to close deals and made the client experience seamless. I am an advocate of this platform and will recommend to colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
The site is pretty intuitive. Templates and docs are pretty easy to group too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications. Seems like there is at least one unnecessary email that could be eliminated. Wish there was a pluggin to embed into our website. I also wish archived docs were easier to find and backup into our drives.

keeping signed docs from volunteers in one place.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my clients can sign with their actual signature if they choose to. I also love that it can be done in blue or black ink. I love using my iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for signatures. Because the Real Estate Industry is almost exclusively using electronic signatures and documents a e-signature application is a necessity and SignNow is my personal favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a client set up for the first time can be a little tricky especially if they aren’t tech savvy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Realtor it is huge!! It saves me time, running around and my clients seem to really like it. In my industry DotLoop is used widely but I find it confusing and complicated on my end. I’d prefer DocuSign over DotLoop if a client doesn’t want to use SignNow.
Convenient tool to get paperwork done
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can do paperwork without having to leave the house nor print/scan documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, really. These tools are amazing. What I don't really get, however, is why signatures are still as important in the 21st century – shouldn't we tech up the game a little bit?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My online insurance broker sends me SignNow links whenever I get a new insurance policy. It allows me to sign contract without having to print-sign-scan-send... Love it.
Easy way to sign!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate to each box and type in the information. Easier than Docusign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that they make you pay now when it use to be a free service.

I think that people will not want to pay the amount that they are asking to use the app and will go to other signature apps.

Sign now was great until they started charging a ridiculous amount. You can do the same thing with other apps that are free

SignNow helps me stay paperless and provides me with secure signatures.

The manipulation of digital documents today is of paramount importance to a large number of people. SignNow is a free software for iOS and Android devices that allows the signing of digital documents through an edition system, thus generating a new version of the document in pdf format with the signature already entered in it. The resource savings when using this tool are remarkable, as you only have to use your device, open the document, edit it and send it in a few minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't many things you can say wrong about this app, because it does just what it promises, in a quick, simple and understandable way for any user who has never used a document signing software before. If there is a serious bad side is that customer support is only available on enterprise plans, which is a little disappointing if you have a problem and you have one of the most basic plans, even though the support works great if you have the possibility to pay an enterprise plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work as a personal tutor and since i use Signnow my work has been simplified in an incredible way, it allows me to review documents immediately once they get into my email, being able to sign them once i have reviewed them and send them to their corresponding recipient. Since i work for a significant number of students, the amount of tests i have to review can become significant, so having a tool like this gives me relief and allows me to be more efficient in my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a program that allows you to digitally sign your documents, without any impediment or extra steps then SignNow is a solid option for you. Since it is an application that its use is focus of mobile devices, saves you a lot of work in offices and companies and even have the ability to send link to the people you want you to sign in the document without the need to physically go to where they are located. Open up the possibilities of collaboration with your colleagues as it allows the creation of teams by categories to better manage documents, share and distribute them in a dynamic way.

We're using SignNow to manage all of our contracts and agreements with clients and contractors. It saves time and reduces complexity

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SignNow for over a year and have had no issues. It's easy to set up and use, my clients are quick to return agreements and I've had no complaints, even from the non-techie ones.

nothing at this point, all aspects have been acceptable

My systems are more efficient, I've been able to move away from paper and don't have to rely on clients sending me scans.
