Send and store contracts
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow can receive data and input it in to my contract templates and then send the contract to the signer. This is helpful for me and saves me many hours of time every week. The mobile app allows me to review or recall contracts from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The admin console is difficult to access as it links to a different website. I had to bookmark it to be able to consistently access it instead of clicking the option on their website. There is no way to sign multiple contracts at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is helping me get my contracts signed and stored.

I spend less time helping clients sign contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Guide me doesn't always work. Required fields are too strict. Can't setup Radio check boxes across pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems as if it goes to recepients immediately and I like being able to re-send documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike no autopopulate features for previous recipients and also the inability to edit my document after clicking done but before others have signed. Also, many of my recipients are clients who've never seen or used SignNow and some of them are not completing their part because a header shows "complete" when it is not. I think more streamlined elegant design for new user experience would be very helpful. Also, the mobile application is not nearly as robust in features as my desktop verson so I rarely see the advantage of having it other than to "check" progress or review documents.

No need to print/scan/sign/scan/email on the part of my clients

Very speedy process. Makes it easy to get documents signed on the go

System crashes often. Sometimes when I’m in the middle of a document , then I lose everything.

Sign ups are able to be done on the go and not in-person. People can easily receive paperwork via email and send back with signature

Security. Storage of evidence of signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a clear structural path between new docs, edited docs, templates and template groups. Need more structure/options and sorting rules like outlook inbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Documents for fill and sign are very easy to set up. Template system is very effective for reusing forms and customizing multiple, sequential signatures is also very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot set up global notification preferences in several very well used areas. Expect to get inundated with notification emails - you get an email every time you send a sign request, when someone signs and if you are the admin, emails for everything. Too much and mostly not needed as you can track via Sign Now Web.

Give us the ability to onboard employees remotely and on site.

I like the fact that is completely customizable in the template platform it allows you to build onto where it saves the template.

The auto populate signature platform. I feel it’s a bit controlled

the app is very easy to use, the platform itself is very easy to use. learning the program is also simple.

when I send my clients a document to sign they have to download an app to sign. that is one more step than other e signature platforms and for a good number of clients, who aren't tech savvy to begin with, to much to handle

typically I use it to sign my own signature to documents as opposed to using it for clients

I like the ease of use when uploading a new document and making signature fields etc

I dislike the lack of ability to easily and cheaply integrate via API. I also dont like the way filling out forms works on mobile devices

I am not solving anything rather just using this instead of a more manual, paper based process

Love the user friendly interface, the ability for signers to sign without creating an account, archiving functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
App users report lag time on the app - problematic enough for them to request investigating other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits: MUCH better document tracking and signing ease. Problem: Executives don't like the lag time.
