I couldn't imagine my business without SignNow.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely easy to use and saves time for our business.

I would like to see the platform take more steps for mobile use.

The Document signing with E-Signature is almost instant. That speeds up our business processes.

What do you like best about the product?
As we grew, we knew we needed contracts in the worst way. When shopping for e-sign options, signnow had the easiest platform to combine our pdf's, save templates and store a database of old contracts. Highly recommend
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Absolutely zero complaints. Has been smooth since the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally we're in front of customers in the early stages of the sales process, but emailing plans and contracts was very typical after the initial appointment. They either couldn't print or would just email back approval, which wasn't a good practice. Now they're initialing every page and every selection. Fail proof.
Easy and Accurate-We Love SignNow
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy SignNow because it makes our workflow go smoothly. I can quickly upload and add fields, I enjoy the import fields function the most. We can use one signing link for many different customers and that helps so much with our membership renewals. Our customers find it easy to use and we have not had any issues with using SignNow. I love that we receive emails with the completed PDF document once everyone has signed, it automatically ensures that all of our members receive a copy of their signed document. We also use this for employee paperwork and with so many employees working remotely it creates a great group platform for any documents we need signed!
What do you dislike about the product?
We enjoy SignNow, we do not have any dislikes. I think the only issue we have every run into was sometimes you must click "Done" twice when a customer is signing and they often forget to do this. We also wish you could login to the app as a guest instead of creating a login, its easiest to use on a desktop rather than a mobile Device. I would also like more options for Signature formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love being able to share templates with our employees across our company from one login, it is very helpful! We needed to be able to send out renewals for our members, one link for many customers. Previously we had to send a PDF to each member in an email, have them print and sign, then scan back in to us. This was not efficient for our customers or company- now they only need to sign a link and it comes back to us without issue!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
SignNow is reasonably priced and great for our company, we highly recommend. Its easy to use!

Extra fee for HIPPA compliance features. We would use SignNow more robustly if we had the HIPPA features.

SignNow sped up our collection of documents from an average of 10 days to 1 day.

Receiving an email once the other party signs and then another email with the signed document attached. One email is enough

Being able to use my own order forms and put the fields where I want them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to copy and paste email adresses to the fields. I just have to hope I typed it in correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's way faster than the PDF being printed out, signed, then scan and emailed. Great for C level with very little time and contacts that travel a lot.
