Saves on time
What do you like best about the product?
I do like that you can open documents straight from google drive, it helps a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if after a document is signed you could directly add to google drive in the place that you need it as opposed to one big folder with all your files

It is a really quick way to get contracts ready, especially when time is of the essence.
Not the best e-signing app out there.

The best part of using SignNow is that it is lower priced than its competitors.

SignNow does not have the best instructions for use.

There are no problems that SignNow is solving except that it is saving money for the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will save your company money but it isn't a better product than Docusign.

Easy for users; US servers are reliable; good price model

apparent technical instability of system with respect to the EU servers (US have been ok)

currently avoid EU servers
I find Sign now reasonably ok most of the time

Collation of documents allows for easy retrieval when and if required

Sometimes the templates will disappear, and can take time to be retrieved, especially if I am in an area with limited Wifi

Relatively easy to use. Saves time and when working properly, easy for users to sign and submit.

Glitches. Formatting is funky. Text fields are especially challenging. Formatting is hit or miss and can be difficult to get right.

In order to get the full value you do need the paid features but if you're just looking for an easy platform to send out and get signed forms back electronically SignNow is great.

All our employee HR documentation gets done through SignNow. This increases the efficiency and ease of managing important and confidential documents which ensures that there is no delay around components that are essential to managing staff.
Great tool for online signing
What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful that it remembers who I typical send invites to, so I don't have to type in the name & e-mail each time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a feature that would ping the signer to remind them to sign. Also, when working on mobile, many of my signers miss the step to "COMPLETE" and send the doc, so I often have to tell them to check the check icon in order to complete the document. My invites often go to receivers spam/trash folders.

Quick signatures. Good paper trail, so I track who has signed.
