An account must be created to sign. Many of our customers are 55+ and they struggle with the app sometimes.

I can easily fillout forms and sign them myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of today, I dont believe the signatures are approved and valid like Docusign docs. I'm not happy about the app requiring a download before someone can sign the forms. Docusign doesn't require this. Ise use SignNow to fillout forms, then I use Docusign to get signatures.

I think the templates could be more user friendly. The amount of steps it takes to for each process could be reduced.

Reduced waste. Made employee paperwork easier to manage. Saves time by not having to get signatures in person.

The tool has the best price compared to other similar solutions.

Formating of dates is only possible for US customers. Mails sometimes go to the spam folder.

What do you like best about the product?
The site is pretty intuitive. Templates and docs are pretty easy to group too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many notifications. Seems like there is at least one unnecessary email that could be eliminated. Wish there was a pluggin to embed into our website. I also wish archived docs were easier to find and backup into our drives.

The ability to send out a template of contracts for others to sign and complete.

I dislike the fact that if there is a change to the form (non-fillable fields), that I have to create and upload a new PDF then transfer over to Template and then insert the fillable fields again for the same type of form.

The ability to have a two-party signed contract with less work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you can make the PDFs editable (in either the files or templates) would be greatly appreciated. This is my largest time consummer. I have to create a new PDF each time, delete the old version, re-upload, convert to template and then re-insert the same fields. This is caused by small changes in the document. Typically pricing changes.
SignNow is a nice solution for digital authentication
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use ( we used the iPhone app ) and had no issues with it. It’s professional looking, good UI, and great for our contracts and documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to customize a little, which is why we ended up building custom solutions in house for authentication and signing.

Getting documents signed by clients and vendors.

Nothing! It’s one of the best PDF filler apps.
