What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use! Also edit documents, get instant signatures so your client does not have to go through the whole scan / fax ordeal. This is great especially when it comes to closing sales, instantly on the call so you dont have to wait, and get deal fatigue.
Its an easy software to implement / integrate into the flow of your work day. The greatest thing is that the document goes straight into your clients inbox, all they have to do is press start and it will auto fill / auto navigate to the portion of the document you need signed.
Also is a great way to upload client documents, or other documents to edit them, make changes, add different signatures etc. You can also create your own templates to use over and over.
I use this multiple times, every single day.
To top this off any time I have had a concern, customer support is very responsive, and rectifies any issues I have instanty.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only function I wish Sign Now had, is the "blank out" or completley clear portions of a document or template. It would save me time from having to edit my origional PDF that is updated in order to change any wording if I need too, rather than to just put a "line" through it

A good solution for workflow needs
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very friendly tool, very intuitive and helps manage workflow in a very organized and easy to follow way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like it when it comes to bulk needs. I wish there was an easier ways to upload and sign more than x amount of PDFs at the same time.

The workflow and the signature process is made easier. I have the benefit when following up who needs to sign what.

SignNow is extremely easy to use! Every is spelled out for you and easy to find! I use SignNow daily

The only negative comment would be that most of the SignNow emails go to the customers junk folder, but this is with any email that comes from a new place!

SignNow is an easy to use alternative to signing very important documents, that could otherwise get lost in the mail!

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the end-user results. This is a simple, easy to navigate program which is easy for the person drafting, as well as the persons signing.
I like the easy ability to assign a signing order; to recall requests; the interface as a signer.

I have not come across many dislikes about this program. I would like to see more integrations into Microsoft programs and Legal Applications though.

I am sure the program is working on more integrations into everyday applications.
Perfect for contracts
What do you like best about the product?
This product meets my needs, although I would admit that we simply use this for our contracts with our clients. It is easy to setup and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have to manage multiple types of contracts, the only thing I don't like is you cannot really set these up in SignNow. You must do so in a separate doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This was the best solution at the best price point that we found for contract e-signatures.
Great e-signature platform
What do you like best about the product?
The ability that SignNow can send a SMS text to the receiptant before he/she can review the file. I like that security feature. I just discovered that the link can also be sent by SMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the function to move several files at once to a specific folder within SignNow instead of moving them individually.

Sometimes the signnow emails go to customers junk/spam folder. You have to remind them to check junk/spam email folder.

I dont know what airslate is. I do know what SignNow is and I have been using it for a couple of years now. It's a good product.

SignNow is good a product for the price.

The upgrades are better. I still don't know what airslate is.
