Keeps me organized

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are folders to which I can keeps like documents together for easy access. Also I like how easy it is to format a document to have signed!
What do you dislike about the product?
The tutorials were a tad confusing, but I managed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see quickly who hasn't signed contracts. Also I have the ability to create automated follow up emails for contracts so I don't have to do it myself.

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use once I got used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a signature verification needed to make it a valid contract similar to Docusign and other competing serves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to have contracts signed for my business and meeting in person right now is a challenge

What do you like best about the product?
Final result with all signatures online in a simple way
What do you dislike about the product?
Only in English and not all the signers speak english
Not sure about legal certification of the whole process. I couldn't receive a legal stamp from SignNow certifying the whole process in front of a third party
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: get multiple firms from different signers in different places
I did it in a short period of time.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly to navigate easily and speediness.
Easy and straight forward setup

Lack of time-stamp
Lack of "indication arrow" pointing where to sign.
Limited field available under the designated signing area where user can add a field for name, title, and date, or even a company stamp.

Able to get a document electronically signed.

SignNow is relatively intuitive for users

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is an efficient way to get signatures from people in different locations on the same document. We can get management and Board members to sign without convening at the client office to do it. Overall, my company has liked it so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is time consuming to assign signature and date fields and changing the email address on the account is more difficult than it should be. The email notifications on status of documents can be a lot. The software needs an align button that aligns all of the fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to get engagement letters signed more easily with SignNow. Also, this is a cost effective solution to getting e-Signatures and my company has liked that it has a monthly option instead of only annual.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Assignments no fields in many documents is tedious. Upgrading to a subscription that allows templated documents might be worth it for your organization if you send the same document many times for signature.

What do you like best about the product?
Pretty straightforward and easy to use. Template and duplicate options are convenient. Desktop site works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPhone app isn’t very functional and it’s almost impossible to use the website from an iPhone web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s often hard to locate a document using the search feature. Not sure why docs don’t always populate in searches when using appropriate key words.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very user friendly and simple to use. It's easy to upload multiple documents and create templates. I also like how easy it is to add & move around fields on the document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that once you hit "done" on the document, you can't go back and edit before sending off for signatures. I also don't like that whoever is CC'd doesn't get a PDF/copy of the document automatically or access to the original document. The app also is very slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a quick and efficient way to get E-signatures. I like the resend email options
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's very user friendly and gets the job done.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy form setup and intuitive interface. I had no problems setting up the form, and editing it when changes needed to be made. The interface was similar to Adobe, which U am familiar with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too expensive for what I need right now. My form has maybe 3 fillable spots, and I only need to use it from December through February of each year. We may go back to paper forms.
Also, navigating the sent vs collected forms was a little complicated. We're sending this form to over 200 people, so I get 400+ emails, one for each form we sent and one form for each form received, and then occasionally an email if there was an error. It was driving me nuts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to automate a paper-based system, but we're a non-profit and trying to cut costs wherever possible. We just can't justify paying a monthly fee for something that could be solved by printing and collecting paper for much less money.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It seems like a great tool for people who use it to generate sales somehow. For example, if you use it to get legal documents to clients in an easier fashion and that helps you get and retain clients it would be good. Since we're a nonprofit, it seems like it wasn't really intended for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, great API with zappier. I had been used for more than 3 years and i really enjoy the system. The integration with other platforms also is great
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not initials for my signature, only for the signers, i always need to change the signature because of that. Also, it is hard to insert the fields, it always duplicates, to sensitive. I thought it was my computer but it is not. Please check the possibility to include initials for the signor and leave a few models of signature saved. Also check the transparency of the field so i can insert in the right place. Try to see want panda doc is doing, they have a great option that the field is filled in the text, looks like was filled by computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I m signing all contracts of the clients of my company, and put then on the cloud, easy to access and to find it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use it, i love the templates and other features that can make very easy to setup , i love the integration with zapier and google sheets, i automated all my internal process. Please check the possibility to include initials for the signor and leave a few models of signature saved. Also check the transparency of the field so i can insert in the right place. Try to see want panda doc is doing, they have a great option that the field is filled in the text, looks like was filled by computer.
