Enjoy using signNow, but it could be better.
What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to navigate and it stores a lot of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you are editing a form, you can't add multiple things at one time. for example check boxes. I also dislike that if you mess up before you complete the document editing and it logs you off... you lose all of the work that you completed. It is also very hard to line up lines and margins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it primarily for offer letters, new employment agreements, forms for patients, and forms for remote employees out in the field (Home Health).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to send out multiples of the same document to be signed by people prior to coming to site and then being able to just use the program to store and view all said documents, rather than taking up server space with all the documents. Keeping good track of people comingto our workplace and their health condition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great program for keeping track of large quantities of documents instead of tracking bulk emails. Signing and general use is a breeze and can be used by anyone regardless of their tech capabilities.
I've used several platforms, signNow is more lucid and much easier ever for a newbie to use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes my signNow email ends up in the receiver's "spam" folder. Generating link is kind of difficult process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reminders about unsigned contracts are very helpful.

Tried all the similar services and decided signNow is effective for my regular usage.
It is a great basic tool for teams that have low budgets and aren't looking for crazy integrations.

It's simplicity, and Google Docs plugin.

A bit of an old school UX/UI and you have to pay for Salesforce integration (but this is minor as every other solution asks for it too).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have found and easily implemented Sign Now for all the salespeople to sign proposals. We have realized that now we have better tracking of our signed proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has the ability to add every field type that I use including text, date, initial, checkbox, and signature fields. There are even calculated and attachment request fields. Many validation options, the ability to change the formating of fields, and move fields to pixel perfect. Managing documents is easy with a complete history of modifications and signatures. There is the ability to create templates and document group templates. This is extremely helpful for sending recurring groups of documents. The ability to invite to sign in bulk is very nice to have and super helpful when there is the need. Also, the ability to manage the invitation expiration date is helpful for documents that are time sensitive or have a hard cut off date. Support is very helpful and easily accessible by chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lacks the ability to format or change document existing PDF or MS Word text. Once a document has been signed there is not the ability to void fields and send the document again for signing. Moreover, once a document group has been sent for signature there is not the ability to cancel / remove signers from the group. The mobile app does not work as effectively as the web version for signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is being used to handle employee onboarding paperwork. SignNow has been valuable to expediting the onboarding experience for both employees and managers.

- Office in the USA, time difference between HK and USA will delay their replies

- Waited for a period of time to get updates from the Sales team. However, SignNow has live chat support in the website, and the CS answered inquiries almost in real-time

easy signing with my own handwriting and the option of adding tick boxes is useful to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The signature appears a bit faint. And the automatic date forces the format to be in MM/DD/YY for mat while I need it to be in DD/MM/YY format. So I have to manually write the date every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont want to have to print in order to accept a document. Especially on the go, I dont have access to a printer all the time. Printing, manually signing and scanning, uploading, emailing just takes too much time and is waste of paper. My signature needs to be official and dated.
