Easy to use technology!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it simplifies sending out agreements to my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the request to sign emails goes to spam.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow gives my clients an easy way to sign my PDF agreements. I get agreements back very quick.
Not bad, but not great.
What do you like best about the product?
There is nothing specific I like. If it were up to me I would not use SignNow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find this to be a product that is not as easy to use as competitor products. I dislike that I don't have a meaningful address book for people I use regulalry and I feel like if there is an error, it is hard to correct and I usually just have to start over with the packet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting electronic signatures, however SignNow isn't doing this any differently or better than other solutions in the marketplace.

Receiving emails everytime a recipient signs the document.

Emailing a signed document to everyone seperately.
Very reliable and makes work more efficient to work
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow has a very attractive user interface which makes the process of creating, signing, sending, and organizing documents to be much easier. It allows you to obtain electronic signatures from either one person, or multple parties, very easily. It also integrates with other softwares to streamline workflows and ,ake completing tasks more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some may consider that the pricing structure of SignNow is higher than competitors, especially for those with tight budgets, but we have found the time saving aspect of it well worth it in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is changing how contracts are signed by making it more efficient with less paperwork for all parties. Also since the files are saved in the account after being signed, it makes it easy to go back to the files to review them instead of paperwork piling up in the office and potentially getting lost. It helps increase productivity and organization in the workplace and it benifits us as a leasing corp as we can send out leases, addendum, and draft contracts with ease.
Great document signing platform with a great price
What do you like best about the product?
They have advanced features like the ability to text a contract. Docusign charges huge enterprise fees for that feature! SignNow gives you all of the features you could possibly need.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team and personal area of the software sometimes causes confusion. I would prefer if I could have templates on my team account become documents on my team account automatically. or give me a choice when I create the document maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of documents to sign with buyers and sellers and SignNow is a complete solution to handle it all
SignNow is a great and reliable way to send contracts to clients.
What do you like best about the product?
The most useful feature is to be able to notify the client a contract has been sent and if remained unsigned, it'll notify them either daily or whatever paremeter you choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the SignNow agreements go to the spam folders sometimes.

It's giving us the capability to notify customers to sign days after the initial email.

Nothing, very user friendly. I have never needed customer support so I can not speak to that
