This service is easy to use and easy for my clients to use.

The capability to see the signer of the form before you open it- if you are looking in archives.

The problems I seem to be solving are sending people, colleagues and friends things, paper work to sign right away which is super stress free and I love it.
signNow is a very easy software that can API into about any software!

I love that we are able to integrate this into our own software and allows us to create document with merge field from our own customer creation!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I have to make a template in signNow to customize the paper work. I wish the external API could create templates based on each document created!

We are able to get our customers signed and document created with this software!
Effective for virtual agreements!
What do you like best about the product?
signNow allows our company to conduct virtual agreements with people all over the US. Location no longer is a factor when we need a customer to sign documents because the location becomes irrelevant.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, there are no known issues that have come up with using this software. If problems should arise, I will be sure to update this review.

We are solving location and distance. Now we can sign documents virtually, saving on time and costs!

The complexities of merging multiple documents and making templates

How to send out multiples of the same document to be signed by people prior to coming to site and then being able to just use the program to store and view all said documents, rather than taking up server space with all the documents. Keeping good track of people comingto our workplace and their health condition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great program for keeping track of large quantities of documents instead of tracking bulk emails. Signing and general use is a breeze and can be used by anyone regardless of their tech capabilities.
The first signature App I have used and did not cancel the subscription.

The user interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It has all the features I need in a signature app.

At this time everything seems to function as per my needs.

I am solving having to (in the past) getting someone to print the last page, sign and send back to me. The main benefit is that it is a professional solution to sending out an agreement for signature very quickly and getting a signed document back.

What do you like best about the product?
I welcome the overall ease of use. I can upload an expense report for signature and emailing to my manager without using the other, more advanced features of SignNow that I might use when circulating a contract, for example. It really is as easy to use for a single page document needing my signature, as it is a large contract needing multiple party sinatures with multiple email recipients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few frustrating run-throughs with a dummy contract to catch onto the use of the left-hand prompts and to get my desired results. I would have appreciated a simple step-by-step list to guide me through the initial learning phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the ability to use any document format I created (Excel, Word, PDF, etc.) or a file sent to me by someone outside my organization. All documents, regardless of the source, can be signed with ease, and I can add criteria such as required fields, required signatures, or establish email protocols as needed.
