What do you like best about the product?
I do like the simplicity of this program. It has been very useful for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the documents are sent to the customers before being filled out by the sender. Sometimes customers are in the document before it is completed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to create documents that are easily filled out and signable. The simplicity is much better than other programs.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of signNow is the best thing about it. You can do it what you need - a signature, of course - in a few seconds in an easy way, and if you have to explain to a customer how to use the signNow you can do it in a few seconds too. In other words, less is more, and the app achieves this goal in the better way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe to make the app more easier, others languages could be avaible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem could be the distance of the enterprise and costumers, but the signNow solve this question, giving us the benefit in reducing costs and the option to offer our services to clients all around the world.

I can not edit pdf, like turn page or add circles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am soliving problems because some people do not have printers to be able to print things and send back to me. Also my whole hiring process is online so it helps me get things back in a timely manner
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time with the documents. Make sure to learn which are permant and which are for the signer. Learn the roles as well. Signer one and two are crutial.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I can keep track of who I've sent the document to and their status with that document.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues with the document freezing when I try to input a date in multiple fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use it to keep track of paperwork and the people I am working with.

Efficient for completing applications

What do you like best about the product?
I use Sign Now for applications for a program run by the agency I work for. We need documents signed as part of the application process and this allows for us to put our applications online, and have people sign the forms needed when we interview them over the phone. It also enables me to save the document directly where it needs to go without having to scan in individual forms which is nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes takes a while for people to get on and do it, but once they do, it goes very smoothly. This is not an issue with the program; it just depends on who I'm working with and how quickly they tend to respond by filling out the online forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped my agency to be able to take applications for a program online as opposed to having people come in person for an interview every time which has helped us quite a bit during the pandemic.

Best cloud-based signature platform

What do you like best about the product?
I have used multiple signature platforms and signNow is by far the best.

It is the most user-friendly platform, you can archive documents into folders, easily can see who hasn't signed and send a reminder email. Set up automated reminder emails, create templates, copy documents so you can send to multiple people (such as employee forms), set up teams and view each other documents.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send forms to others via Email has sped up the process of getting the paperwork needed exponentially. Once the forms are completed, I can easily export them to make this an overall simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending bulk invites, there is not a lot of guidance on how to complete this. I have used creating a link to bulk send, as well as the option to input all the emails individually; however, I find the link to be most helpful when I can find a form that does have that setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow has allowed me to have an easy method for clients to complete paperwork during the pandemic, where in-person interactions are more limited.

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to navigate and it stores a lot of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that when you are editing a form, you can't add multiple things at one time. for example check boxes. I also dislike that if you mess up before you complete the document editing and it logs you off... you lose all of the work that you completed. It is also very hard to line up lines and margins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it primarily for offer letters, new employment agreements, forms for patients, and forms for remote employees out in the field (Home Health).

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it organizes all my contracts in one place. The format is easy to edit and collect signatures and other necessary information.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to copy the link at a later time, there is no capability to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier for clients to sign contracts virtually, which speeds up the process to start a project.
