It's a great program that enables remote signing.

There's nothing I dislike about the program.

I love the service. It's priced well and is easy to use.

My favorite thing is the ability to have signing links.

The iphone app tends to be a little slow and difficult to use but it does work well.

I'm able to use it for real estate transactions and it saves a lot of time and it allows me to work remotely.

The developers are continually updating the system to make it better.

Better guidance for the signer. More intuitive or more graphic guidance is needed.

Our Remote office is super. Clients can legally sign without making a trip to our office. That is +++.

They may not have the name recognition but it is legal and widely accepted.

Its user experience. Fast and reliable.

Need to upgrade the version to combine docs.

It's so simple to use. It's easy to upload, assign fields and send off. We use it for authorisation, contracts and other documents

You can't label incoming files, so it's hard to sort things when there is volume.

We are allowing our customers to commit to our services digitally. That is helping with conversion and efficiency

I can't think of anything. Maybe that you can't put two email addresses for one person.
