Invaluable time saver
What do you like best about the product?
Speed. Ability to create/edit a file with specific fields. Customers can complete forms online without having to print.
What do you dislike about the product?
The format can seem a bit user unfriendly. Once you are familiar with the site layout, however, it's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every day - Sometimes multiple times a day - I need paperwork completed and returned to me. In the past, I had to fax or email the forms. The customer had to print out, fill out, sign, then copy fax/email me back. With SignNow, I can email the customer with a link. The customer clicks it, fills out the forms & signs, and it's complete. This triggers an email to me from SignNow. I click a link in the email and download the completed paperwork.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe SignNow is a less expensive, equally comparable option than DocuSign.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in the bridal makeup industry and used to use regular pdf's by email that my clients would have to print, sign, scan, and email back. Many times, writing was illegible, documents were incomplete, and the resolution was bad. It was such a hassle. Not anymore! Clients are quick to return my contracts because it's so easy to do from a smartphone or computer. Copies are digital, neat and clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to amend my contracts if there are any changes along the way.
Also, when using the app on my phone, it's difficult to select a field that is inbetween two other fields (above and beneath) because the fields are close together. I have to wait until I use my computer to be able to fill out that "middle" field.

The ease of applying filters. Ease of my clients to be able to sign. Lack of SignNow emails going to Junk

That you cant edit the signing fields once sent to someone to sign

Especially during covid, I do not need to meet face to face with clients. It bridges the gap in todays unknown times

The ease of dragging and dropping fields in to my Word doc contract template.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot edit the Word doc once it is uploaded, and the font of the fields does not match the Word doc.

Digital signing is so expedient for moving work forward and getting paid!
Easy Peasy!
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is very easy to use and doesn't require a lot of training or setup. Everything is intuitive and nicely aligned on the main page making everything easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I am using my touchpad on a laptop, I avoid creating fillable fields, it's easier when I am at my desk using a mouse to make sure that everything is lined up and the same sizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a standard way that all quotes, contracts, and applications are completed. We can easily download reports to share with other departments if they want to see how many forms were completed. It saves a lot of time so no one is emailing me asking if I got a form back or not.

What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn to navigate and learn how the platform works, it is (for the most part) it tends to get a little bit uncomplicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a list:
As a new person that came on board to use Sign Now and in a management position:
1. There was no one to guide me and show me how to use this platform.
2. There IS no customer service line to call (800-number) direct to get assistance or someone to walk me through the "How To's" of Sign Now.
3. It feels like one is on their own as there is a lot of time wasted through " testing" the templates and dealing with trial and error.
4. This platform makes me feel like I am island of my own as I am navigating through it to learn the steps.
