Very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and simplified view of screen to select what is needed to have filled out, etc..
What do you dislike about the product?
The end user complains that they cannot enlarge the screen area on their phone and has to redo the entire form again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No much issues other than not enlarging screen. It has greatly improved the speed of paperwork waiting. Comes in fast.

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined way of being able to send contracts, sign them, and keep track of who/when it was opened it very time saving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search feature is really awful. If you have any space in the beginning or end, it won't pull up any results and if you don't realize their is a space (maybe after copy and pasting) you are left scratching your head. Often times, the search feature just doesn't work at all. I put in an email i know is right, it pulls up nothing, and I have to try 3 more times in a row for it to work. There is a bad connection between email and cellphones. If you click a link on your phone to get to a specific document, your phone will only take you to the signnow homepage. Also, the app is not good. It's not user friendly and search is even worse on the app. I've used signnow for years now, so I'm not "inexperienced" These are flaws. Once I emailed in about a search issue and was told "to check if there was a space." ....If you KNOW thats an issue why isn't it just fixed??? I emaled once about an issue with getting a template t owork, wasn't fixed, still can't use it to this day. Cant be bothering trying to work with the customer service department and. their canned reponses.

It streamlines our contract signing. Saves us time and lets us send our templates so we don't have to redo them over and over again.

Easy to use. I've not used e-sign before, and it was easy to understand. Good customer service

If you cancel an invite, it will notify the recipient.

If you delete a signature request, it sends an email to the recipient, which can be confusing. I also have to change the subject line with each email and wish I could have it set to read the way I want it to.

Minimal contact to get signatures needed for tax returns. Time save and perfect for the Covid year.

Employment offers just became simpler...
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly easy to upload employment offer letters, set up the signatures in two clicks, then include the link in an email along with signature links for the other offer documents (background check authorization, etc.). On more complex offers we can easily set up multiple signatories where before we'd have to send a pdf from person to person, with each individual having to figure out their own way to sign it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found anything wrong with the software yet. We don't use the full scope of its features since we don't need to, but it's working fine so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our recruitment process has become much more efficient now that we can easily send offers to candidates to sign. Before, we would send pdfs to candidates who then had to figure out on their own how to sign it, such as printing/signing/scanning it. Not all of our employees are equally tech-savvy, so some even preferred to go to our facility to sign it in person. Now that we can send them a link that they can sign from anywhere, even their phone, it has become much easier for us to get everything quickly signed and has dramatically improved our candidate experience.
