Not as user friendly as I’d like
What do you like best about the product?
My clients can sign digitally. I think that there's a lot of potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't totally understand the templates. Serval customers have not gotten docs our company sent over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are allowing our customers to sign agreement without them having to physically be present. This helps us expedite the process

Creating the templates can be a challenge

If the forms have to be sent twice, you can't send the same day
Forms Could Be More Automated
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's easy to login and send contracts out through Sign Now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how many fields need to be manually filled via auto fields as opposed to them being automatically done by Sign Now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I can think of now.

What do you like best about the product?
You can add more people at once to sign the document, there is a coloring scheme that helps you navigate between the fields and their owners. You can also insert text/date/signature and more by yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you can overlook that you accidentally added one more field, when you click anywhere in the document, also you receive two email notifications after the document has been signed, this could be narrowed down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick signature requested, no additional emails have to be sent as you can edit the message that goes out with the document.

when making a template, it can get redundant with creating all the entries

I like that it is simple to use, using the signature fields to quickly fill out documents

I dislike that i have to fully select Recipient 1 before it will let me start typing a name in the field. Should be able to just start typing name.

I have a way to send documents to be signed electronically. saves time for both parties and we are more productive.

I like to obtain reports - I do wish I could create my own reports on the subscription plan we currently have.
