Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly, easy to save and re-use templates.

There really isn't anything that I dislike about SignNow

We are using it to send documents that need to be signed. It is great that it is HIPAA compliant.
very secure and safe way to electronically send documents to be reviewed and signed.

I like how easy it is for me to add fields for recipients to fill out and specify the format.
What do you dislike about the product?
No cons. So far so good,I dislike nothing really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the document and that the person receiving the document doesn't have to have an account or sign up for anything in order to sign it. I also like the notifications I get each step of the way. In the times we are in today, with everything basically paperless and electronic, this kind of a service is an absolute Must-Have.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It’s easy to use , all of my documents are right there for me to see , I can keep them for as long as I want to and don’t have to delete them. I also really like the option that I can use it as businesses and personal . Changing the Signaturs it’s super easy . All around a great app

Very easy to use, seamless and fast results.

Nothing, the service is seamless. I find it easier to use than like competitors who I have used in the past.

Emailing back and forth is eliminated. Time savings are huge and I like how one can send reminder emails.

It is straightforward to use. I like how simple the system is and how fast we can get things done!

I wouldn't change anything about it. The system is designed to help us complete our tasks as fast as we can.

To get our apps signed by our customers we can not come in the office in person.
VERY Easy to Use...Some Issues with Spam
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is extremely easy to use. Nearly all of our users were able to quickly and easily learn how to use the service. Only a few required some additional hand holding. The interface does not change drastically with updates - which is helpful to keep users familiar with the website.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've experienced several issues with our users sending esignature documents via SignNow to clients and the emails ending up in spam folders. Despite working with support on this - we have yet to find a suitable solutions. We've had to instruct clients and users on how to open up their spam filters to SignNow emails and even then, only mixed results. For this reason, we've had to use other esignature platforms as backup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIth COVID in particular, the demand for our users to have esignature has exploded. We are glad to have a service like SignNow to allow our users and clients to interface over the internet without the need for face-to-face meetings.

It is not very easy to edit a document if you have made a mistake sometimes, you have to delete the document and start over

It's free and straightforward; everything is easy to find when preparing and sending documents.

I have yet to find something that I dislike about this program.

When my printer doesn't work, it comes in handy; it allows customers to sign contracts electronically. It has saved many sales for me,especially over-the-phone sales.
Sign Now gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
Once you learn how to use it can be a fairly quick process to get new documents uploaded, signature fields added and emailed to clients. I do like the email responses from clients are automatically received.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be cumbersome to move newly edited and uploaded documents into the correct group templates folder so the complete business team can send and use them as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to email documents to clients for electronic signatures cuts down on our intake process for new mental health clients and allows us to gather information for their chart quickly.
