signNow is great!
What do you like best about the product?
We've been using signNow for around 4 years. It is very user-friendly and easy to get started. It helps us keep our business going when in-person is not possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a way to more easily switch out documents/pages in templates and group templates. This has improved over the years but there is still some work to be done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to save time and money with signNow. They are continually adding features to make their product more competitive. Being able to share templates is a huge time saver.
Small company but good performance software
What do you like best about the product?
Really good software with lots of API bots to external software that makes the data import and transfers really easy. Possibility to add variables and formulas within a document and write back into the software.
They are Improving and developing every month to reduce software imitations based on customer problems and requests.

Functionality top rate and endless possibilities, being able to generate documents from scratch or used a set one and sign document without having to purchase different programs or licenses.

What do you dislike about the product?
Before the versioning feature, if a flow was active, to make any change, you needed to duplicate the flow and create a new one.
Folder creation to ordinate Flows and more KPI possibilities or export of slates status report download will be nice to have.

Ease to full out and send to my clients. Can edit if need be after sending. Love the app for access and ease of signing for all parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
easy to accidentally edit the template instead of a copy of the teimplate.

I enjoy the fact that it is easy to use and can be done on desktop or mobile device and cross.

There really isn't much that I dislike about the program it just seems to work and it's easy enough for most people even if they have never used anything like it before.

Easy to use so I am able to get customers of all ages to sign documents remotely without having to travel to go see them or make them print out and scan documents as many don't seem to have the right equipment at home.

Ease of use, simplicity, solid performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
After an update you're signed off, you share a PDF to SignNow and after completing it you cannot save your work due to the fact that you'd been signed out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signing contracts, agreements, letters, etc.
Printing and tracking down my coworkers for wet signatures no longer needed!
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use SignNow for internal corporate signatures. The upload and template features are easy to use. The app is also easy and quick. It makes the whole process painless.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is about the number of steps to set up your signature. It would be great to have a two-click request for signature feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The world is digital and not needing to print papers simply for a signature and then scan them back into a digital format is a huge time-saver!
