SignNow experience for a sorority
What do you like best about the product?
I think that the best feature is being able to easily upload the completed contracts to an outside cloud service such as Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it is difficult to understand the different between documents and archives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is allowing us to send contracts electronically in mass to the members who are a part of our organization.
SignNow is a simple e-signature platform limited features that make other platforms expensive
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from PandaDocs to SignNow about a year ago. We had been using PandaDocs for several years but their options for user accounts was terrible. Most of the team needed very limited features and initially we had them all logging in from 1 user account since the cost and their needs didn't align to having individual accounts. We were contacted and informed that this was not allowed so we began a review of other e-signature platforms that had the features we needed at a price that felt right. We landed on SignNow. We have been very happy with the simple templating, ability to upload new docs and add fields in a snap, and the overall management of the signature flows. We'll be continuing with SignNow for the foreseeable future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup of the folders and sharing of documents is a little weird so things aren't always easily findable but we download them anyway and upload all our signed documents to our sompany shared drive anyway, making this a rather moot issue. Also, there is no hyperlink feature that allows me to paste the link for the signable document into an email, which is a feature I used to use regularly on pandaDocs. This may just be a limitation of the account level we have.

Ability to get legal documents and project contracts signed quickly and efficiently!

Complicated if you need to adjust a contract after sending. Have to restart the entire process and delete old instead of being able to adjust current contract before being fully completed

It is quick and easy to make a template that you can use over & over, or get API set up to use.

Bulk invites can make it difficult to attach who the signer was.

Consistent, definitely would recommend the full package for doing more intricate work.

I think it's easy to upload and send documents. I like that they offer reminders for people who are opening the document without signing it and forgetting it.

I wish I could have the signed documents automatically be sent to a certain folder to group documents by type rather than order of them being signed.

When we couldn't see people in person to sign documents it was necessary to have a virtual option.
Great Product Overall, With Some Minor Issues
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing value for the price, easy to learn/teach, many interactive features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Numerous issues with validating signatures and initials for legal documents. Said issues almost never pop up with DocuSign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Electronic signatures for legal documents allow us to spend less time traveling to clients' homes or having them come in-person to sign.

I need to send many documents to lots of different people. SignNow helps me do so easily without being intrusive to those who may never use SignNow again.

Be able to compile documents into packets, maybe packet templates.
