Very little issues with Sign Now.
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and very competitively priced.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile portion seems a little cumbersome.

Easy to use. The pricing is great compared to other competing products.

I wish that the user admin functions were more straightforward and applied monthly to a corporate plan.

Very intuitive tool with constant changes to improve

I think it is a very intuitive tool to use. One thing that I particularly appreciate is that you keep making good changes and adding new improvements
What do you dislike about the product?
The validation process for third parties (for some of the recipient of our signed documents the validated PDF in not enough). The validation could be made through a link of verification or a QR code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy process to sign documents in any jurisdiction. I´m the internal layer of the company and I send documents for signature almost every day. SigNow makes my job to collect firms easier.

No downsides, every detail has been thought of creating an easy process.

SignNow allows us to send clients contracts to be signed if they live out of the area.

the platform is very easy to use. and i like that it gives you pdfs in your email

I used to be able to click multiple spots but now i have to keep clicking the side and draging each time.

Processing a change order on a current project without having to leave the office or delay the project. We use it also to sign contracts and a reduction of gas and time

You don't receive viewing ability of the document if you are just CCed and not the direct receiver

It is very easy to use and clients can easily sign right from their smart phones. That's the best. It has changed the way we collect signed Agreements speeding up our implementation process.
