CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
What do you like best about the product?
The down to earth manner of dealing with the representatives and friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how to use a new service with new passwords, login etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting Electronic E-File signatures for tax preparation and doing things in a "paperless" environment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a simple easy to read and understand program and has everything that I need.
Awesome app & so easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow makes it incredibly simple and efficient to upload and share documents requiring signatures. It takes seconds to upload, add areas for signatures/dates etc and send off. It is The email notifications and final pdf with all signatures are both super helpful. Love this tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes - I am enjoying everything about this app. It has taken the stress out of sending and receiving documents requiring signatures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before SignNow, getting signatures on documents required passing them back and forth via email (making them easy to lose and hard to follow up on). Now - there's an easy place to send and locate docs and resend the invitation to signatures you are waiting on.
Horrible Service if you ever need Customer Service!
What do you like best about the product?
If you don't need customer service, then the actual product is ok.
What do you dislike about the product?
Horrible customer service. I have had an issue with Sign-now for over 2 weeks. My credit card has been charged three times, yet when I log into my account is says "cancelled". I need to add another signer to my account but can't as it says "closed". Their "support team" has been working on the issue for over a week but still nothing despite numerous emails!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have an extremely important document that needs to be sent to a customer from a different email that I have been trying to add. However I am not able to add my other email because the system won't let me despite being told that it should.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you do not ever need support then you should be okay. I have rarely ever needed support but I have now for the past several weeks. They either ignore me or pass me off to others in their "support team" but do not resolve the issue. These company needs to look at overall support tickets and find out why they are not being resolved!
Fast, Easy, and Accurate
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to sign on a mobile device the best feature of signnow. I have experienced challenges signing documents with other services using a mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Uploading an existing document is my biggest challenge with signow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting contracts signed fast so that we can begin work.
This App works great when exporting to Dropbox, OneDrive, and Google Drive.
What do you like best about the product?
I use this for my business adding text and signatures to customers documents. It works without any issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes dislike that it will crash but this is something rare that happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have cut back on the amount of paper that I print and instead hand over my phone to the EU for a signature using the CudaSign app. I then export and email it to anyone who needs a copy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use this program to add text and signatures to pdfs that you can easily export with no issues.
Cudasign has given me time back in the field
What do you like best about the product?
Huge time saver. No more running back to the office to print and sign time sensitive documents or contracts that come in.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues; took me a few minutes to learn to navigate but no more than usual with new technology.

More time back in the field instead of waiting around for signatures.

I like how easy it is to use Cudasign on any device, including your phone.

Honestly, there's nothing I can think of that I dislike about Cudasign.

Our employees are all over the country - this makes signing documents quick and easy.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Cudasign is easy to use and updates you with emails on what the status is on your document. Also, you can send to multiple people and designate in which order a person signs in.
What do you dislike about the product?
That you can't reject one page without rejecting the entire document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperless signing and having multiple people from different offices sign the same document at the same time.
Great product for all sorts of things.

This product is very easy to use. I sign documents on cudasign daily and love how easy it is to use. It saves all my signed docs for future use as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't easily open old docs and edit them. Otherwise it's a pretty good program.
