Very pleased so far
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely easy to use. Cuts down steps and time from how I did things before
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that its been a couple months now and the Droid patch has not been completed, thus not allowing me to utilize software completely
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to obtain vital signatures from people unable to make it in town
It's been a very easy transition to going paperless for my business!
What do you like best about the product?
I really really love using SignNow! I love being able to use the app on an iPad with clients - going over the contract and then having them sign it with their finger. I also love being able to log in on my computer and iPad and access the contracts from anywhere!
What do you dislike about the product?
I get a little confused with emailing the contract to clients. Once the document has been signed by all parties, I wish it would automatically send the final signed copy to all of the signers. Maybe it does, but I haven't figured it out. I thought it did, and then my clients say they haven't received it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Going paperless! I have the information from contracts at my fingertips, and it's been so convenient!
Better value than DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
unlimited sends/invites for super economical monthly cost, easy to use, signed documents from upload to signed and returned in less than 2 minutes. able to forward the signed document to a 3rd party.
What do you dislike about the product?
wish it was able to save customized messages for document templates without saving an email address in order to send mass onboarding documents to multiple hires easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding, Project Management, Expense Reports, Field Work Orders, Change Orders, Travel Authorizations, more
Easy to use, intuitive, does what it is supposed to do.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface, no extensive learning curve required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a chance to review how "templates" work. I currently use a product called Zip Forms to create my documents, then I drop them into a digital signature product. Zip Forms does not allow any changes to the documents whatsoever. I have the need to make some changes so I have to learn how to do that in Sign Now. It wasn't immediately apparent how to make changes to the documents - so I will check it out at a later date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many documents to sign every day. Sign now eliminates the need for printing, signing, and scanning simple documents.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out, the learning curve is brief!
Finally a solution and a price point for small business.
What do you like best about the product?
Obviously... the price. We'd looked at lots of competing products, but couldn't justify the price. Still our clients were asking for electronic document signing. We had to find something, and SignNow is great. The product is easy to use, both on our end, and for our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few workflow issues that could use some attention, but nothing major. I would love a connector to HubSpot and QuickBooks and Highrise so that customer information could be shared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time we wait for contracts to be returned from clients has been cut dramatically. It used to take days. Now, it's often just a few minutes. Our clients can complete a contract with a few mouse clicks. No more printing, scanning or faxing, or handling a hard copy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Simple to implement. Customers appreciate it. We literally sent out our first contract within 20 minutes of signup, and we got the contract back about 30 minutes after that. Seriously, less than an hour from signup to having our first contract in hand. That's efficient.
Contracts from your iPad
What do you like best about the product?
Being a mobile sales person, having the ability to sign docs on the go is a key feature! It is handy to be able to handle a long distance sale from a mobile device for a hot lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had some issues from the web portal for large multi-page contracts, but the help team was able to resolve them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to get documents signed for people who are outside of my area. I don't want a warm lead get cold so it is valuable to be able to shoot docs, walk them through signing, and get the sale!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Multi-device friendly
Very satisfied
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the software. I love the covience of it as well alone with my team
What do you dislike about the product?
It jumps up each time I edit a form
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covieance
Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
The program is super user friendly and learning was a breeze!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing about the program that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking a tedious paper process into a paperless process. Such a time saver!
Easy for me to use, easy for my clients to use
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about SignNow is that it's so easy to set up contracts. There are no surprises. One great thing is that I can see the product is still being actively developed, so sometimes when I log in I'll notice something has been redesigned or tweaked a bit to improve the functionality or useability. I love using one dedicated product that does this one thing really well, than trying to send out contract on my jenky, buggy CRM which never quite works right. SignNow is that solution that perfectly fits the problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish that it could 'learn' (either using AI or just templating my usual places I add my client fields) so that I didn't have to add each and every client field manually. Every one of my contracts is the same and I send them out every day, so it does get a bit repetitive even though it's an easy enough process to add the fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a wedding photographer and business is booming - I send out a new contract almost every day. The process is really seamless and I know it's so quick to upload and add the fields to each contract I sign out. Before, I used my CRM for clients to fill out their contracts - something I could do for no extra charge - but there was a problem. People barely understood that they were signing a legally binding, official contract. With SignNow, customers know that this is something to be taken seriously, and it's super easy for them to add their signature or sign electronically. It underlines the "officialness" or now entering into a business transaction together where there are certain legally binding terms and conditions. This helps me appear as more legitimate and helps build trust with my customers.
Great for On-boarding Employees
What do you like best about the product?
The steps in my day that it eliminates by allowing me to complete on-boardings online with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user interface improvements needed. I'd also like to be able to send document groups and have my employees complete them in kiosk mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Eliminating unnecessary tasks and saving paper! Using Sign Now has simplified our on-boarding process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take some time to get comfortable with the product before rolling it out to the rest of your employees. Once comfortable, I'd recommend having a training session with those employees who will be using the product.
