Great Digital Signature Service
What do you like best about the product?
SignNow is priced right and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to pay extra to send multiple documents to a client at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes completing contracts a breeze.

Saved templates, quick and easy turn around for new signers. Copies sent to both parties and saved for our records.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have had reports that signees have issues trying to do it on mobile.

NDAs, contracts, revised handbooks, keeping employees up to date and ensuring they've read and agree to new updates.

Give it a try. Very easy to use, especially on a recurring basis.

The price is very reasonable. It is also very easy to use and implement for my company.

There is no phone customer support. And because this is on the cloud it is sometimes slow to load.

What do you dislike about the product?
This app is quite literally useless for anyone with an Android tablet. The information filled out does not save, and there is no way to get actual assistance from anyone within SignNow. I had to get our corporate offices on this, and even when we finally got "help," no one was able to fix the problem and he absolutely refused to call me after an entire week of begging. He just stopped replying to my emails after realizing he just couldn't help and that this app is basically useless after I spent countless hours setting up 30+ documents.
**UPDATE**
We scrapped the tablets and went old school in the office to paper until coronavirus concerns largely limited our office time and made our hiring mobile. Then we started having people complete documents on their phones. This works for shorter documents so I changed my 0 to a 3. I'm still upset at how everything was handled back when I originally posted (maybe 1.5 years ago) but we found a way around it. My franchise technology package includes SignNow so I pay for it if I use it or not.

If you aren't an Apple user, go elsewhere. Even if you are an Apple user, try a program with actual support.
An extremely user friendly and efficient way to manage contracts

The user interface for SignNow is sharp.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure how to change default emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a construction company, we needed a better way of tracking and managing the many contracts being sent out. The SignNow program allows us to have one place to send, track and store all contracts.
Saved our lives!
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it is so user friendly, fast, and accommodating. Efficient. Usable even while boss and other co-workers are out of the office for vacation, business meetings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Love all of it. Probably the learning stage of figuring out how to create forms and templates. Once you figure it out, however, it is lovely!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real estate transactions when signer are in different locations. Love the feature of having one person sign and then the form goes to the next signer in line. Works great for vacation requests....boss signs first, then HR director next.

What do you like best about the product?
Love that we are able to send our insured's applications to sign electronically! It makes it so much easier to obtain signatures electronically rather than through the mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
The person signing the application is not able to make changes to the application.

We are now able to obtain signatures electronically rather than through the mail. It makes it so much easier to issue policies and make changes when we can obtaining them electronically.
