Fantastic product!
What do you like best about the product?
This application takes care of the secure storage of your most sensitive documents, e-signatures are easy to implement and pricing is excellent!

If only it has a free limited version for permanent use.

Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
We love how easy it is for our customers to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish when we have documents that are horizontal that we don't have the option to flip them or make them able to be signed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use your service to get the paperwork back from our customers that want to bid online at our auctions. We haven't had much luck with just emailing them the PDF versions. This way they can do it on the go.

Very straightforward UI. The product is reliable and very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to collaborate with other people. Although this limitation is inherent to my subscription.

Are clients are all across the country getting signed agreements from our clients is a challenge. By utilizing SignNow we are able to make it easier for our clients to signup with us!
Simple and Affordable Document Signing
What do you like best about the product?
This product is more affordable than the other Electrical Signature Services that I have tested. If you find yourself sending the same forms, you can create templates for signature fields, dates, initials, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is an issue with all Electronic Signature Services, but some clients have trouble using it, issues can usually be resolved with a quick phone call to walk them through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time and paper. Scanning and printing the same document multiple times leads to a blurry finalized copy and lots of wasted paper.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's cheap and works great.
Not the best but definitely the best value.

Cost significantly less than Docusign and functions really well for the most part. Have never had it fail me.

A little cumbersome in some details when setting up documents but once you do two or three it gets easier.

E-signatures on real estate contracts.

Functions really well for the most part and cost a lot less than some competitors.

Very simple to use, straight forward, user friendly. Price is very reasonable.

It would be useful to have a feature where you can remind people/give people a nudge to sign who haven't responded.

Signing terms is a daily routine in our business but people don't want to have to print things, sign, scan them back in and then email - this makes the whole process quick and easy.
All of our terms are now saved in one place, we have a better process with our clients, and we have an easy way to ensure we also have terms in place when we work on new roles.

Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that my providers have instantaneous access to contracts, and they can sign from anywhere at any time. It has a great repository for archived contracts and just makes my life in general so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
the cc function doesn't always work, I would think that the people I cc would get a copy of whatever I am having them sign.
