What do you like best about the product?
I spend less time helping clients sign contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Guide me doesn't always work. Required fields are too strict. Can't setup Radio check boxes across pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time.

What do you like best about the product?
No more scanning - emailing - printing. I can just get e signatures save and send!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the click and go and automatic response of the signed contract without me having to click anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not understand why we have to make a template to send it out after adding the sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Invoicing is being solved.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, and to setup. I like that you have an app, and an online version.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing for a full account. I am a small business. They should have a small business pricing. I did not see KBA authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a secure portal. I use SignNow as an alternative for my non-tech-savvy clients. They seem to understand this better.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Better pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems as if it goes to recepients immediately and I like being able to re-send documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike no autopopulate features for previous recipients and also the inability to edit my document after clicking done but before others have signed. Also, many of my recipients are clients who've never seen or used SignNow and some of them are not completing their part because a header shows "complete" when it is not. I think more streamlined elegant design for new user experience would be very helpful. Also, the mobile application is not nearly as robust in features as my desktop verson so I rarely see the advantage of having it other than to "check" progress or review documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to print/scan/sign/scan/email on the part of my clients

What do you like best about the product?
Very speedy process. Makes it easy to get documents signed on the go
What do you dislike about the product?
System crashes often. Sometimes when I’m in the middle of a document , then I lose everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sign ups are able to be done on the go and not in-person. People can easily receive paperwork via email and send back with signature

Easy and fast to use with both freeform and structured templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing to dislike really. It's simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting signatures on documents and contracts. It also acts as a repository for documents. I have been using this for several years.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can send documents to clients to sign so they do not have to scan and email back to me. I also love that I can send my signed documents to clients on my phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app doesn’t let you sort my most recently uploaded which makes it hard to find a document you are searching for. Other than that, I’m pleased with the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be prompt when sending contracts and invoices. SignNow makes it easy for me and my clients!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how we are able to reduce the time spent on onboarding paperwork in office by pre-sending the forms to be filled out at home. Also, it removes the need to scan and upload. It has greatly changed the way we hire (which is what we are constantly doing). We started using it middle of last year and the number of paper files we had at the end of the year compared to the year before was STAGGERING.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to be able to change the color of the fields myself. I usually only have one signer but would prefer to be able to make certain sections stand out more than the blue/light blue motif currently being used. I am consistently running into problems with people missing required fields. Also, I want to be able to add and remove templates in a document group without restarting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're a staffing agency and use this to send all of our client specific hire paperwork to new hires before bringing them in to onboard them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After uploading any individual page-- make a copy of it and manipulate the copy so you dont have to start from scratch if you mess up.
