Great experience
What do you like best about the product?
The easiest thing about this is that it allows you to capture signatures with ease and to set up the signatory boxes
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the "initials" vs the "my signature". I select my initials as my signature, but when I do my signature I can't resize the box. Only the initials or actual signature box I can but not the auto signature

Nothing so far other than the resizing of the box above

Quick, Easy and Affordable
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using SignNow for a few years now. I find it very user friendly. As a Real Estate Broker, I am constantly seeking signatures. With SignNow, I can quickly upload, invite to sign and obtain signatures from my clients, getting notices for each step in the signing process. My clients find SignNow easy to use as well. It's a very simple process for my clients to create their signature, review the document, sign and date their document. All this and SignNow is very affordable. It's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
After using SignNow for a few years, I really don't have anything that I dislike. Maybe too many notices, during the signing process, but isn't that a good thing?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SignNow is so simple for my clients that I never have clients confused regarding the signing process. I didn't realize that the archiving process and time date stamps would be so useful. SignNow becomes a great secondary archive or back up.
Makes Obtaining Signatures Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using signnow because it makes it easier for our clients to sign contracts and SOWs AND makes it easier to track them on my end. I also really like that we get emailed when a signed contract comes through.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't come across many downsides. There have been an instance or two when it's been a little glitchy in adding email addresses, but for the most part it works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us get signed contract in the door faster because it makes electronic signing incredibly easy for the client. I also like that the contracts uploaded are searchable - we work with many clients so this search-ability is a huge plus when looking for a specific document.

Easy to use. Email straight to signer and notification when signed
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a template sign in form when I teach classes. I would love to be able to quickly open an attendance sheet for students to sign in to and then have the completed form emailed to me when complete is clicked. Now you need to go into setting every time and set how you want the template to be handled because there is no saved preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to be paperless and I needed forms signed and returned to me quickly. The paperless part was achieved immediately. Now when I send a form the signer just opens and fills in the fields that I have validated as needed and quickly signs and returns. Prior to this I would email them the form and they would print it at the office and complete whatever parts they wanted and sign with pen. Then they would scan it back to me. Several days normally and rarely was it completed fully so the process was repeated.
Fast & Easy way to get a signature
What do you like best about the product?
I love the electronic version of getting signatures. I can send the request to an email or cell phone. I love that I can create templates, so I can just reuse them over and over again. It has made things so much easier now that we are using this program.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there isn't anything that I dislike about the program.

The effectiveness and time for getting documents signed.

I don't know (or if it's possible) to review emails sent to signers after being sent.

Ease and speed of signatures...it's easy to have others execute documents quickly. I also like being able to access document history.

The system is simple and easy to use. You don't need any training to use it, and it's easy for those receiving a request for signature to access and sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd would be nice if the email came from the person sending the request for signature instead of signnow.

Makes it far easier to get documents signed, keep everything in order and have an audit trail of everything that was signed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great service and really easy to use both on the mobile app as well as the web. We liked it far better than Docusign and Zoho sign.
Glitchy but good
What do you like best about the product?
Relatively easy to use. Saves time and when working properly, easy for users to sign and submit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Glitches. Formatting is funky. Text fields are especially challenging. Formatting is hit or miss and can be difficult to get right.

Saves time and keeps the workflow flowing.

What do you like best about the product?
My clients love the ease of being able to sign a contract online. It is extremely easy to use and looks professional .
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to make changes after initially filling out a template. Text boxes can be chunky and don't line up where I want them to.
