Simple, effective, cost-reasonable
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of this program. It handles all of the things that we need it to handle, as a small business, without all of the unnecessary features that would bog us down, if they were there. This is a simple program, for those with basic signing needs. Additionally, their service is above and beyond great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot say that I dislike any of it. I would highly recommend this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefit is the way it improves our workflow and timeliness. There are no problems and we have used it for two years now.

It can be difficult to complete a form while simultaneously signing it.. E.g. the size of the text always defaults to really small and you have to resize.

We are a travel company that needs to have clients and hotels signing the same contract. We used to have to send it via email and have both parties print, sign and scan/email the documents. This process often took a very long time and a lot of following up. Now, we use Sign Now and it we upload it and send it out one time, and the rest is taken care of for us!

Wish it integrated with Zoho (our CRM).

It is so simple to send and most people can figure out how to sign it.

I'm not sure if there is a way to change the default message that goes to clients in the email. I know how to change it each time, but not sure if I can change the default.

It keeps me from having to drive to customer's houses again just to get their signature.
