What do you like best about the product?
We love using SignNow for any forms that need or require electronic signatures. We have been using them for Camp Forms, Employee Forms and Policy Forms. It connects to our database seamlessly as well as gives email confirmations when new forms are signed. SignNow makes keeping track of signed forms easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating the forms online could be a bit easier to setup in SignNow. The process can be time consuming to add all of the fields required especially on our long camp forms. Also, controlling the tab order when a form is created seems confusing and cumbersome. We have had to change some live forms several times to get the tab order correct. Also, understanding the payment plans for the service can be a little confusing unless you have an account rep from SignNow
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Camp forms uses to be a mess. Now we know who has and have not filled out the form in an instant. With SignNow, the camp forms are all in one place and easily organized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try SignNow. It is easy to setup and use. They also do a great job of communicating to you when documents get signed. SignNow is a great alternative to Docusign. SignNow has the same features as Docusign and cost less with similar integrations. Another alternative to consider is Adobe's signature package but you have to own an additional Adobe product to use the digital signing package.

We are a full-service Digital Marketing Agency and we use SignNow to send out Order Forms to new clients as well as renewal Order Forms to existing clients.
This has not only eliminated the need for storing paper-based Order Forms but by digitising the whole process of sending to signing of the form, it has also made the turnaround time for Order Forms being signed a lot shorter.
This enables us to proceed with the work for our clients with out delay and is more efficient for us and our customers.

Sometimes the templates will disappear, and can take time to be retrieved, especially if I am in an area with limited Wifi

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to SignNow, my small law practice has become significantly more efficient. No more circulating documents, missing signatures, sometimes having to attend signings. I can better monitor the progress of document execution from any device. My need to remain in the office has been reduced. Having SignNow is one of the best improvements I have made to my law practice
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the default "signer" when putting signature areas in a document. The box created should remain the same as the the last one created, and not default to signer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, having SignNow has reduced significantly my need to meet with clients, and has meant that documents "sent out" for signature no longer are returned with missing signatures.

Just buy it... it's almost perfect, and the price is definitely right.
Very Good Electronic Signature Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The price is very affordable. The program is user friendly. I have not had any issues since i started using it over a year ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing i wish was different is with other electronic signature programs there is usually a verification code printed on the document.
Also other programs have the date and time stamped where it looks like sign now only applies the date.

I researched many different e-signature companies before choosing signnow and i found no one better when comparing price with quality.

The ease of use and quickly being able to label items and send to clients to sign. No fuss and clients don't have to create their own account. Also, the app is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Organizing documents on the platform and adding users. Never done it yet

We needed a solution to easily label docs and send to clients and you've done that with out clients having to have their own account.
Easy Paperless Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to process forms efficiently and on the go. In the past, I would have to wait until I receive something in my mailbox to be submitted, but not anymore. Also, I don't get buried in paper or have to wonder if I missed a form somewhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The delayed loading after an invite is sent. It is relatively quick, but watching it load when my mind is going 100 miles an hour feels like forever.

Less paper to file or to categorize for scanning. Everything is already electronic so removes a step and saves paper!
