Works pretty efficiently
What do you like best about the product?
I can upload any doc I want and prepare it for signature by whomever. Saves me lots of time from having to go out and see clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing docs can be fairly tedious to do when you're not a premium member. Also, I've been told by some clients they're having issues signing the doc on their phone without the app installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to go out to see clients for simple signatures.

the mobility is great. It's very simple. The title has changed back and for some reason, this is a better name. it feels secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The font is small and for sure i don't like the awkwardness of filling in text. Not a great experience. It starts small and I have to try and enlarge it, which is hard to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can e-sign everything. I even use it for my kids permission slips, doctor's notes etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product- I have used it for over 5 years and it is secure, easy to use and the mobile app works well.

The interface is a little clunky and I wish it was easier to place the fields

The alternative is paper contracts, which are hard to keep track of and slow to circulate. Digital agreements are much faster

SignNow is a good tool, but not the best tool in the market for digital signature

The ability to send an agreement to execute electronically is vital in today's SaaS environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used other digital signing softwares that have more robust functionality. Through SignNow there is not an option for signing on your phone (unless you download the mobile app), so when I want a prospect to sign they have to either be by their computer or download the app, not super efficient

The ability for prospects to sign agreements / order forms digitally as quickly as possible

Being able to request electronic signatures from clients so they can sign a contract.

The extra fees for services not included in my grandfathered package.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
For those of us using the grandfathered packages, add additional features and offer upgrades at rate similar to the grandfathered rates.. ie $2/yr It won't get you a lot of money but will still be more than you would otherwise get.

very easy to use, easy to upload documents, sign them yourself and/or send for signature. easy to get all signatures on one document.

date format is only American and only numbers, would like option to use DD MMM YYYY instead.

I no longer have to instruct signers repeatedly about where to sign my documents--they sign in the spots provided and everybody is happy.

Some of my templates do not seem to work, and the site can be a little slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time as I no longer have to send and re-send documents on which the signers have made mistakes.
Good value for price
What do you like best about the product?
It's integration with Zapier (although buggy) and it's pricing. It's missing a lot of functionality but has the core bits and for a very good price. Therefore it was easy to pick up and plug into our systems without needing development.

- Not all elements of the zapier integration work
- The entered text doesn't go where you put the input box
- There's very limited formatting options (even text size)
- Not that intuitive to new users
